Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms and all were clean. Like the continental breakfast.

The fact that pool and spa were closed for repair. Both times driving to the hotel you can't see the driveway entrance till you pass it. Shower had a hard time draining the water out after a shower/bath.

The cleaning crew should take a little more interest in cleaning under the sinks, under the desk, and in the closet. There was spider webs in the corner on the wall and the celling I had to take care of

That Booking.com screwed up the reservation.NOT HAPPY at all at being chased out into the parking lot after checking out because the payment made to Crooking.com was $2 short of total bill

Large, spacious room with a refrigerator

No full length mirrors in the rooms and it was difficult to regulate to heat and air conditioning. It was either super hot or freezing.

The size of the room was nice and very clean. The amenities were in good working order, nice indoor pool and spa. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

The parking lot was quite small and apparently this is a popular spot for truckers, at least when we stayed, so their trucks took up a number of spots in an already small parking lot. Also, the breakfast was okay, but mostly egg based and no meat.

Staff members were very excellent especially Ms. Pearl Guest Services Manager and Ms. Jag who worked the breakfast services.

Providing water bottles in the rooms and shuttle rides services even for a fee would be great for out of town guests

everything was great. we had no complaints. price seemed a bit high but not out of range to other hotels in the area.

The hotel was clean and our room was really nice. We got a first floor room that had a pullout bed and a king size bed. The room had enough space not too big or small. Also took advantage of the gym and the pool. This hotel is nice and quiet so its relaxing.

Breakfast could have been better it was pretty basic and they only had tiny water bottles which ran out constantly. This hotel doesn't have free water for their guests so get a case of water unless you would like to pay $3 for one in the lobby. All the snacks in the hotel lobby were extremely overpriced.
