I liked the friendliness of the staff, both at the front desk and at the breakfast the next morning. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The location was good too. It was within walking distance to the cute "downtown" area - although it was way too hot to walk so I drove.

Well, I did not realize this was a dog friendly hotel. I do like dogs, but there was a bit of barking from the room next door. Additionally, there was a very funky smell on the second floor by the elevator - as though a dog had an accident. It had definitely been cleaned up, but I'm super sensitive to those "fragrant sprays"...perhaps 'no carpet' would be in order in a dog friendly hotel...

The whole place was clean and very comfortable with large open areas. There were areas on each floor to gather with friends and family to sit and talk about your plans or to just sit and relax the rooms were large and came with all the amenities. The pool and spa area was large with plenty of seating and was stocked with ex-large clean pool towels for drying off or just laying in the sun. The place was Very Pet Friendly and the included breakfast was the best I've ever had with a large selection of breakfast foods from waffles to muffins to cereals all with ample choices to choose from even the juice came in 4 varieties and the coffee was not just regular and decaf to pick from but also French roast and a very tasty house blend that you could flavor with assorted creamers and sweeteners. All in all it was the best night I've spent on a hotel in many years I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYAYING HERE AND THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T GIVE THEM A SCORE OF 10 IS BECAUSE I HAD TO BE ABLE TO GIVE THEM A HIGHER SCORE NEXT TIME I STAY

This was a beautiful hotel that far exceeded our expectations. It was way nicer/fancier and more accommodating that I would ever have expected for this low price we paid. The breakfasts were delicious and the Turkish coffee bar during the weekdays was amazing. The staff was nothing but accommodating and polite. It was extremely clean and had zero odors. Our room was immaculate. There was never a sighting of a singular bug. It wasn't a great location near several services. there were several unexpected hidden gems throughout the hotel including full body massage chairs and relaxation areas that were free of charge. The pool was beautiful if not small but completely adequate. There was a 24-hour self-service mocha bar near the front lobby.

Nice and spacious, room was big, updated and clean. Nice walk in tiled shower, tiled floors. No-fog mirror in bathroom, cold A/C, with continuous fan option. Black-out window shades. Nice selection for breakfast, espresso/cappuccino machine and ice water available in lobby. Massage chair in lobby with privacy screen, dog treats available at front desk, noon check-out. Double front doors for extra safety. Luggage carts. Close to shopping & restaurants.

The windows could use a minimum of somewhat sheer curtains for a little privacy during the day, to let natural light inside.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and kind. I liked that there were large bottles of lotion, soap, shampoo... rather than tiny individual plastic containers that are so wasteful. I appreciated the yogurt dispenser rather than individual plastic tubs.

I would have liked to see more reusables and less disposable plates, cups, silverware. Too much trash and plastic waste. It's bad for our environment.

The breakfast didn’t necessarily have baby safe food options or a lot of tables so others can sit down and eat. The hotel rooms we reserved either weren’t ready or they didn’t have them since staff was trying to give us queen rooms saying it was the “same” price as what we paid for the king size rooms (non smoking) when it wasn’t.

The staff provided exceptional service, offering valuable local information and assistance with practical needs, such as currency exchange for laundry facilities. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings consistently met expectations. I personally highly recommend this establishment for its excellent value and overall positive experience.

I asked for a late check out at 7am from front desk staff yet a housekeeper walked into our room before 10. Apparently the front desk staff didn’t communicate my request with housekeeping and it woke my special needs child up after taking his meds it’s hard to get him to relax and to sleep.

April was wonderful, cheerful, helpful and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The day shift lady (7/12) and the overnight lady (7/12-7/13) were also wonderful & very helpful. We only just needed a place to sleep cause we were having work done at our house and didn't have AC. It was close by and we had friends stay several years ago and liked it. Also, the ratings were good.

The beds were a little firm and the pillows firm & thick. I did bring one pillow with me which helped. I made a reservation for a queen suite because online the picture showed a little kitchenette. The first two rooms they gave us didn't have the kitchenette but when my husband asked and showed the picture they gave us one so it all worked out.
