Room as as expected- clean and quiet.

1. The breakfast was not very good. The eggs were scrambled but dried out and inedible. The sausages were grey -- didn't try them. Otherwise, it was the usual breads and cereals but no selection of yogurts, etc. So all a bit limited. 2. This is a first -- there was a $12 charge for parking, which I have never seen before in my stays at hotel properties outside of major city centers. Really got nothing for the $12 either. No valet, no gated security, no parking lot supervision. Felt like a junk fee and at only $12, didn't seem that it was worth the annoyance it caused to customers.

I wanted to take the bed home with me it was so comfortable. Pillows were good too. Glad l was able to turn off the AC/heat fan while sleeping. I would stay there again.

I didn't like the feel of the carpet at all. Synthetic? Old? Unclean? Not sure. Have more comfort with floors these days. There was a bad smell near the bed on the carpet. Not noticeable unless l was close to it but still, pretty icky. They said that they would look into it. Prefer curtains that close all the way and block out streetlights. Breakfast was just ok but they offered oat milk. Threw the coffee out and went to Starbucks.

The staff was all AMAZING. We brought a kind of new rescue dog that barked a bit because of unfamiliar surroundings- sounds- smells- etc... but the manager AFIFA was totally cool and understanding. It could have been a nightmare trip, but it wasn't-THANK YOU

The pool & pool area was not jazzy. VERY basic- could use some style & embellishments

The breakfast is basic. It's ok for something quick. I mean it's breakfast.

Stop charging for parking. We are are paid guest and paying for parking is an insult. And the excuse of the fee covering the cost of breakfast is silly. Just give guest the option of paying for breakfast or include it in the rental rate. Period!

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was amazing! We loved her so much, she was very friendly and it was nice to meet her.

The only thing that could improve, would be the breakfast that we ate the next morning. We felt that it lacked a little bit of selection, and what they did offer was not the greatest quality. But the staff kept it well stocked and were very friendly.

Good place. It was close to everything we needed. easy to get to. the beds was very comfy. place was clean. breakfast was ok. I'd stay again indoor pool was cool. love the late checkout.

there is a per day parking fee. wow. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel. weird thing to charge for.

We enjoyed the pool after our road trip, and it was great that the pool hours extended late into the evening. The location is convenient, with storage facilities and restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast provided enough energy to start the day, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

We paid extra for our cat to travel with us. I would have appreciated to know the $100 fee. I thought it was a returnable deposit.

The fee for cat travel our cat is a very good cat and other than some litter left we did leave any trace of cat.

Late check out

I had requested an early check-in with my reservation but upon check-in, I was told that no rooms were ready or available. If not for a more senior associate being present at that time, we would have had to check in after 6pm. Luckily that associate knew which rooms could possibly be ready. I'm grateful for his knowledge of the property.
