This is actually a great hotel. Clean comfortable and best of all is the same staff. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful. Of all the different hotels I've stayed in recently and in the past this one is one of if not the best one. I highly recommend.

The staff were very accommodating. Lenne at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.

It's not that we didn't like the breakfast, but compared to the other Homewood Suites that we stayed into, this one doesn't have enough options for breakfast. It's kind a dull. Other Homewood Suites, the breakfast starts at 6 am.

Staff nice and food varied for breakfast.

Twice we were locked out as key card not working. Maintenance came and fixed it. The pool was shut down as some valve was broken and a part was ordered, but no swimming. Also, just a small annoyance was the clock had wrong time and we were unable to change it.

the pool was closed for maintenance while we were staying at the hotel and we were directed to use the pool at the hotel next door. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and possibly broken because the mattress was not leveled at all

I loved the breakfast. I didn’t have a chance to do much of anything because I got to the hotel late and I had to leave early the next morning. The room was way more than I expected, loved it!😀

Staff was helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great location, would love to stay there again!

Breakfast can be better. There’s only hotdog for Meat. Bacon or sausages would have been nice.

Always a pleasure to come back to this place! Good value for money and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. close to shops and restaurants.

We miss the jacuzzi :( Also the lobby can smell really bad sometimes even though it says no smoking.
