I can't say not one thing that I did not like the breakfast is great I mean I can go on and on and on but there's not one thing that I did not like it was like some type of meeting going on and I have a 1-year-old daughter and she ran up to people and the staff seen that and I'm like hey get over here and trying to get her and stuff like hey she's a kid it's fine we don't get mad off of things like that and that was everything to me yes I will rate this motel a hundred Stars if I could

Great presentation, Nice variety in the food selection. Would have liked to see a fruit cup, i.e. cut up fruit bowl. Eggs and potatoes were nice and hot. Don't eat meat, so can't evaluate the meat. Everything was well stocked.

The bed squeaked every time I moved. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy. The people at the front desk were friendly, but not overwhelmingly friendly. I know they say the same thing over and over all day, but when you're hearing it for the first time, it would be nice if it didn't sound like a recording.

The room was exceptionally clean

There is a $150.00 deposit that is collected at time of payment. That isn’t advertised when booking. Which is an inconvenience. That should be listed in the destination before booking. There maybe customers that are on a budget and don’t have those funds available. Since it takes about 3 days for the refund to get back to you . If that is a requirement it should be listed before booking. So the customer can make other reservations if need be.

Breakfast had everything you could ask for. It is a stone's throw down the freeway from the congested Sacramento, which I just left and the freeway reconstruction to expanding lanes is kind of a nightmare. So when I arrived I had requested an early check in, which your professional staff accommodated me besides the 102 weather, made this trip a joy in your lobby with air-conditioned atmosphere ooh so nice. Good rest in your nice hotel, very comfortable king bed. Nice place to stay between the family in Sac. and heading back home to the Bay, makes this a nice in between.

I had a great experience, from the time I walked through the door until check out the staff where very polite. Easy check- in and when I was walking out both ladies had great attitudes and said good morning have a good day. Even the cleaning lady that was moping had a smile and spoke to me. I absolutely loved it there . My room was nice and clean . I always stay at holiday inn when traveling.

Everything. Very new (or newly exellently remodeled), clean, spacious, friendly staff, good (by American standards :)) breakfast. Scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, bacon, pancakes etc. What else anyone could wish for? (well, maybe, some veggies - like in Europe, but that idea didn't cross the seas yet ...)

One small thing - room mini-fridge without the freezer. Having a freezer in a fridge lets campers who spend a night at the hotel on their way to their wilderness destination to get their ice blocks frozen longer.

The staff is always so nice and helpful. It's always a comfortable stay. I stay here quite a few times a month.

The only complaint I have is the internet. It cuts in and out all the time when I am on important video calls. Most of the time I'm without it for a long while. I couldn't even connect my laptop up to the wifi. The gentleman at the front desk even try to connect me up to the wifi on my lap top and he too had trouble doing that.

Very spacious bedroom & bathroom. Continental breakfast was great except decaf and caffeinated coffee tasted terrible. Bedroom tv remote didn’t effectively operate well. Front desk gave me a different tv remote, and I was not able to rid the captions and channels was still hard to change.

Read above. The bedroom door not weather sealed. Hallway light was noticeable between door and frame. Heater operates a little loud.

The beds were clean and comfortable the rooms were clean. The bathrooms were clean and had dove brand toiletries the shower was an easy walk in shower nice and roomy. We had a fridge coffee maker etc. the continental breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food choices as well as drink choices.

We wish they had bacon, and a waffle option but the pancakes and sausage were still good.
