I have stayed at this hotel several times as a truck driver I work a lot in the Fairfield Area very comfortable and I like the location cuz it is close to food within walking distance

There's not much to say the only thing I did not like is that what my downstairs neighbors had their music pretty loud till late into the middle of the night making it very uncomfortable and uneasy to rest and my next door neighbors were a young couple that were getting it on and they were very loud as well so it was comfortable but Restless

During my check-in, I laid my iPhone on the counter and walked away and left it behind. When I stepped into the room, the phone was already ringing. It was Myra at the front desk asking if I had left my phone. Realizing my mistake, I hurried to the lobby to retrieve it. I was so grateful that I attempted to give her a tip in gratitude. She adamantly refused it, saying she was just happy that I got it back. To her credit, she not only had excellent customer service skills during the check-in, her integrity shined through when she was calling my room before I had even arrived there, and then refused reward for doing what she knew was the right thing. I am super impressed by the quality of her work, and will stay there again,simply because of that. Her management team would do well to consider her for acknowledgement and advancement.

There was only one set of towels for two guests.

The Entire Staff at this Motel 6, have Consistently been, professional, courteous, & helpful. No matter what the need, the employees make every attempt to provide the guests' requests, at this location. I like the security of the gated entrances, that limit excessive vehicle and foot traffic. The grounds and parking lots are Much Cleaner, since this addition!

I didn't like the Unavailability of downstairs rooms, due to renovations, but the staff offered assistance, if needed, and did a Great job of making sure any needs I had, were met

The staff was cool some house keepers were very rude but the front desk staff were very nice especially the manager Eleanor

Everything was fine some of the housekeepers were very rude I would always say hi and be friendly and they wouldn't be friendly back other than I liked it

I Love The Convenience of The Location to Shopping, Food, & The Quiet Neighborhood, with Security Gated Entrances. The Staff is Professional and Customer Friendly.

The Oversight of Thoroughly Cleaning the microwave handles & surfaces properly & a crack in the bathtub.

Woman at front desk went out of her way to be helpful. She was alone and many were waiting and she was most courteous .

Had some problems with key to the room. Turned out needed a new battery

It was comfortable it was I like everything about it and I would rent it again it was comfortable it was quiet the price was right the staff was very friendly

I enjoyed all aspects of my booking with this motel. Their rooms were exceptionally clean, my vehicle was safe in the parking lot at all times, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful.

It has improved greatly from a few years ago. James at the front desk was wonderful. The best front desk person I've ever had at a motel/ hotel

It was quiet and a gated site so, I felt a sense of security

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was dried up urine on the sides of the toilet in the bathroom and the floors could have been mopped. Other than those things no further complaints
