From the outside it looks old however once you step inside it’s all quite modern and very clean. Also clean and spacious rooms. We were delayed and pre warned them, they were quick to respond with after hours check in. It’s not far from down town Napa for meals or more tastings and parking onsite was included. We also liked they had good wifi connection, wine hour in the lobby plus coffee + herbal tea in the lobby was excellent. Overall it was a stress free stay with excellent service. We would come back again.

Beautiful Inn, amazing location, and the amenities that were included exceeded our expectations! The made to order complimentary breakfast delivered to our room was delicious and so convenient! We also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and Albert made it so fun for everyone that was there! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Napa!

The receptionist Albert checked us in and he was so NICE and WELCOMING. Albert greeted a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" to my husband right away and made him feel extra special. Albert offered us to come for wine tasting and gave us a good recommendation of places to eat for dinner. CELADON restaurant was the perfect spot, thanks to Albert. I would definitely recommend to Family and Friends to stay at "Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn" when you want to go for Wine tasting in Napa. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF! BREAKFAST WAS FANTASTIC AND BROUGHT TO YOUR ROOM! THE PROPERTY AND ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAIN. OUR ROOM HAD A NICE FIREPLACE! EASY ACCESS TO FREEWAY! GOOD PARKING SPACES!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable rooms - very comfy beds and lovely and clean. Very friendly and welcoming staff - attentive and welcomed us with a very generous happy hour of local tastings. Good location to Napa town and eating options - just a short easy walk.

No kettles in room to make tea. (This is something that isn’t common in the US I have found). No outdoor eating area to eat breakfast if you don’t want to eat in room which they offer. Some more table options outside would be a lovely addition!

The location was great. I loved being in a small boutique hotel that didn’t require a lot of walking to and from, yet it didn’t feel small. The room And bathroom was spacious. The evening wine service allowed us and other guests to engage with eachother, which is a different experience from Other places, and the in-room breakfast was quite enjoyable! Oh, and my husband was thrilled to see the white noise machine !

We were having issues with the tv/remote & since the receptionist is gone by 8:00, there wasn’t really anyone to help, but we made it work.

Very clean, comfortable room and bathroom, with an open, airy feel. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Wonderful breakfasts brought to your room. Excellent location: not far from downtown Napa and close to freeway toward wineries. I’d heartily recommend this place to anyone.

Our mattress was too soft. My wife and I both felt that way. I’ve stayed at lots of places and usually don’t have that issue.

Staff was great. Breakfast fantastic and ample - homemade waffles and omelettes and fresh berries and melon. Room fantastic. Bed very comfortable and not worn out.

Location is right against roundabout street so noisy when cars go by. Thankfully not many cars after midnight. Parking lot was full at night, not enough spaces to park in. Street next to hotel has some parallel parking, its ok, its a street with warehouses and industrial buildings and food truck.

The hotel room was very spacious and nicely designed. Bed was comfortable and there was an additional couch and small table/2 chairs for breakfast. Breakfast was very well done -menu was provided at check-in, guests chose items, and breakfast arrived the next morning to each guest's room for eat-in-room dining. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very pleasant, eager to chat and help, and provided a nice 5pm complimentary wine happy hour for guests. Location is close but not directly in downtown Napa - a short car ride or a bit of a longer walk to most restaurants. We went off-season, so room rate was more affordable.

Location closer to downtown Napa restaurants would be ideal but this is not changeable (and would come at a higher price).

Loved everything about the property, from the location which was super convenient to everything especially the freeway, to the room, which was spacious and cozy, and the cleanliness was on par, no complains there.

Although the complimentary breakfast was a nice gesture, I would honestly pass, looked like it was all microwaved. definitely hard pass on the free breakfast. Now EV chargers on property would have been an amazing bonus to have. NO EV Chargers or plugs on property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bel Abri Napa Valley Inn. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and served in your room. We were a little worried about not being in the heart of Napa but it was a lovely 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and tasting rooms and, in the end, we were actually happy to be a bit removed. The value of Bel Abri was excellent!
