Very quiet and clean

Charging for parking is ridiculous in this area and seeing is that it is a very basic, open parking lot, no security or additional benefits to park in your parking lot - why charge?!

The hotel's aesthetic appeal, both internally and externally, is highly commendable, complemented by an environment conducive to leisurely walks and photography. The ambiance was notably serene and tranquil. The guest rooms offered a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by a comprehensive selection of television programming. The pool and jacuzzi provided ideal settings for relaxation. Furthermore, the surrounding trees were aesthetically pleasing and provided welcome shade. Regarding the staff, we were very pleased with them, as they were wonderful and knowledgeable about the area, offering excellent tips for us first-time visitors embarking on a wine-tasting adventure in Napa Valley.

Our sole concern revolved around the food, which unfortunately lacked flavor and did not seem particularly appetizing.

The front desk staff made this stay most unbelievably amazing! A special thank you to Ms. L! She made a judgement call, which was a courtesy emergency accommodation for our family to check-in much earlier due to a rained out wedding venue change and a terrible experience from the actual hosting hotel. We had our 75yr old parents visiting from Georgia, then riding 2hrs from Elk Grove to Napa for this day. Ms.L was very sympathetic and polite! Ms.R hosted in the restaurant. She was just totally personable and funny, which was much needed and appreciated. My husband and I visit Napa regularly and now we have a new found gem hotel for our stays. Thank you Indigo!!!

Ohhh, the BEDS! They are exquisitely comfortable. I could hardly drag myself out of bed every morning. Slept great. Hotel is also quiet. Also like that there is a restaurant and a bar. Lots of European guests here as well.

I would love to have a microwave in the room. (There is a fridge in the room.) And a microwave in the lobby for guests to use.

We loved the location. The pool was great, very clean. The room was remodeled and the bed was comfortable, maybe a little on the soft side. The restaurant was great! Loved the breakfast.

The walls and ceiling are thin. We had someone walking hard, talking and rolling something around at all hours of the night. We thought they were “bowling”!

Service was EXCELLENT especially at the bar/restaurant. The waiter was friendly, highly responsive/prompt and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast daily (our group of 4). The morning we were leaving, he saw me struggling with my 2 suitcases and quickly came over to help me take them up the couple stairs and to my car in the front lobby. I offered him a tip. He kindly refused and said it wasn't necessary!! He was eager to get back to the restaurant area. In times of labor shortage, you don't always experience such excellent service. This guy is a gem! Thank you!!

location was great, the housekeeping was on top of their game, the soap the hotel provided was super good! room very spacious ( our was king suite) bed really comfortable! overall a great experience, can’t wait to be back in our next wine county trip! :)

no fan in the bathroom was main problem, after drink a lot of wins can be a problem 😂😂

Quiet room, bathroom clean, couple of places to sit.

there was no light in the room! The bathroom sink area had very little light. I asked for a lamp so I could apply makeup. They sent a standing lamp that shone on the ceiling. It was no help. Two lights fastened to the headboard but no lights to read anywhere else.

King Suite is comfortable and has sufficient room for 2 travelers. Staff are efficient and friendly. The location is perfect, easy drive or bike ride to all of Napa and surrounding attractions

There is not enough lighting in the main room. We could have benefited from a few USB outlets.

All the staff we met were very friendly and always ready to help when needed. The room was nice and clean as shown in the pictures, and the location was convenient for visiting the area around Napa.

Although the breakfast was good, it was too small for the price and didn’t fill us up for the day, but everything else was great during our stay.
