We liked pretty much everything about this property. The location is good: near Yountville and next to many excellent Oak Knoll district wineries. The inn is surrounded by vineyards, so looking out of the window or on the balcony you see quintessential Napa views. Staff was very friendly. The property and the room itself were excellent: great design and function. High quality and nice touches in everything: comfortable shower, hot tub with the board to hold your book/phone/laptop, fireplace, very good high-end Nespresso coffee maker with ample capsules, automatic shades. Everything very thought-out and well made. Also: breakfast was included and dropped off at our door in the morning -- it was also very good and pastries were from the Bouchon bakery.

Have stated in many hotels around the world and my husband and I both agreed that we thought it was the most comfortable, clean, well laid out and attention to detail we have experienced. The bed, linens, robe, spacious bathroom, breakfast deserve particular mention. It just felt relaxed and a perfect fit for our requirements.

If I had to find something - water pressure and water in shower could be hotter. Not really a huge issue though.

The location was perfect. Centrally located for visiting wineries. A walking/biking path just 100 yards away. Free delivered pastry breakfast every morning which we enjoyed on our balcony every morning. The staff were friendly and efficient, and housekeeping was perfect. We especially got to know Candace who answered all our questions, provided restaurant recommendations, and fulfilled our every need. We would strongly recommend this accommodation.

A little pricey, but worth it for the pampering we got.

Everything! We planned a 5 day visit to several wineries and the location was perfect. There's a great pedestrian paved path right in front great for walking, biking, running.... The town of Napa is a short drive away and access to the valley very easy at this time of year. The rooms, grounds and staff, well maybe call them hosts, made the stay one to remember. Thanks to Candace and also to Carlos who made it great!!!

Phenomenal stay!!! I was really blown away by our gorgeous room with the super comfy king sized bed, giant bathroom with a double sink, and huge separate shower and tub, tons of space, a huge balcony and a wonderful view of the vineyards!! The staff was SO helpful, even went as far as to put our luggage in an Uber and send it to us at a winery when we realized we had to leave for the airport earlier than expected. Every morning we got a gorgeous breakfast box with a ton of amazing fresh pastries delivered. The coffee in the room was also excellent. They have a shared space outside with snacks, sodas, games, lounge areas, tvs, etc. The whole stay was truly fantastic, I would absolutely recommend to everyone I know and would totally come back. Location is perfect as it’s just outside of Yountville and incredibly convenient to all the wineries. Was totally worth the price, loved it!!

Beautiful setting (I understand the name!) and location in the Napa Valley. I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of our room, from the bed to the balcony and the fireplace + sitting area. The kitchenette was a nice touch, which allowed me to divvy up our Bouchon pastries every morning with ease. (The fresh pastry delivery every morning was a huge differentiator, especially after seeing the long lines outside Bouchon Bakery each day!) 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to our friends.

If you are looking for a hotel with a spa and pool, you will want to stay elsewhere. This is an inn more suitable to those that want somewhere comfy to relax after a big day out in the valley but with some added luxury. :)

Breakfast was exceptional, as it was croissants, muffins, and scones from Bouchon bakery dow the street in Yountsville. The room was large and the bed very comfortable, The staff could not be more accommodating, and help us sent our wine back to home through the delivery procees. The Barn is an extra space, where one could get snacks and get some work done too, Overall, a lovely place and exceptional experience!

The property is lovely, comfortable and co centrally located to Yountville and Napa. Although it is near a major road you never hear road noise as the windows and glass doors are all double paned. Every morning breakfast (pastries and fruit) are delivered to your door. The bed is comfortable and cozy. The staff is excellent!

Wish they had coffee available earlier than 8:30. There is a Nespresso in the room which is nice but not the same as a big cup of coffee.

Where do I start… this hotel is amazing! Coming from Dubai and as experienced travelers we are spoiled with restaurants and hotels, in fact before Setting inn we visited three 5* hotels in Yountville, and all of those were just not the 5* for us. Here in Setting inn everything clicked. Candice is super sweet and helped to organize a tour around vineyards just in 30 mins! After a busy day we enjoyed a hot bathtub and a real fireplace that was super easy to turn on. It hit a place in minutes. Rooms are super clean, cozy and sophisticated. I enjoyed a natural pillows, finally made not from padding polyester :) In the morning we were served with a basket of fresh bakeries from Bouchon (famous bakery owned by the Michelin stared Thomas Keller). Should I mention it was super romantic and delicious? If you as us prefer smth healthier just pack a few instant oatmeal bags with you, you can find here all amenities to make it. The place is beautiful and spacious! The decor is just on point. From the beginning we were greeted and it felt so welcoming. They gave us a tour of the place and took us to our room. Our room had everything we needed and more like Nesspressos and toiletries that I forgot to bring. The fireplace was so relaxing and kept the room nice in Toasty. Breakfast was left outside our bedroom and as you read in the other reviews the Boujon bakery is the best!!! These patisseries are very much coveted. This place is in the perfect location for the wineries and outside there's so many areas to take pictures in the property. We definitely want to come back again. It was definitely a romantic getaway
