Lovely, nice and cozy hotel. High value considering their complimentary breakfast offering, afternoon wine and cheese offering (4:30-6:00pm), and tasting at the external Jessup Cellar (reminder: book in advance and ask it to the hotel receptionist as they don’t mention it actively to you). Rooms have all necessary amenities, they are clean and staff is very helpful! Lovely terrace to enjoy either during the day or sunset with fireplace. Chance to borrow their bikes for free.

Prices might be a bit too high for the size of the basic room (petite queen).

The customer service was excellent. John greeted us upon our arrival and was so friendly and had homemade chocolate cookies ready for us. Their communications via text was also excellent. John texted us that our room was ready early so we were able to check in sooner than 4pm. After we got into our room, he sent a text welcoming us and letting us know to text them if we need anything. We had so much fun at the wine and cheese/apps reception. We met other couples staying there and had a great time getting to know them, and we loved the wines and appetizers they had for us. It was a great way to start our evening. Our room was lovely.....very spacious and it had a huge bathroom. Location was EXCELLENT!!! It is right downtown Yountville. Once we parked at the hotel, we walked everywhere. We had a wonderful dinner at R&D Kitchen. The breakfast that was included in the morning was delicious. They had a huge selection of breakfast items, juices, coffee and teas. We loved our stay there and would definitely stay there again. And highly recommend it to others visiting Yountville and Napa.

Nothing..it was all wonderful. Next time if the weather is nice, we can use the pool and spa.

Superb location in the heart of Yountville. The ambiance of the Inn is totally in keeping with a classic inn - including being a little dated. The breakfast buffet was superb as was the small roof terrace complete with gas fire warmers for the chilly evenings. Great view across to the mountains, Staff were very helpful. Our room was in the main house and dated but friends stayed in the newer ‘bakery’ rooms overlooking the small pool. These were more recently refurbed and much better than the classic main house rooms. Everything is expensive in this town including accommodation, wine and restaurants but a great place to visit. Relatively speaking this property was good value for money and would recommend.

No lift and our room was at the top of the house on the second floor. Staff were very obliging with carrying luggage but beware for older guests.

Front desk was really attentive and nice. Complimentary bike rental is a good opportunity for exploring the area. Since everyone was mentioned breakfast we were expecting something remarkable however it was really limited. Our room was TINY. If you are not petite it is not possible to fit in that room and the room was not even “petite” one we reserved the Garrett Queen which should be bigger.

Beautiful and cozy! We felt so refreshed after our stay, the rooms were quiet and sheets were incredibly soft. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we loved the delicious breakfast in the morning. We stayed on New Year’s Eve and they even had celebratory decoration packs waiting for us in our rooms, complete with party horns, party glasses, and fun NYE crowns - above and beyond! Highly recommend

My husband and I stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon road trip around California and we loved how quaint the hotel was. It had a European vibe to it and we felt so relaxed throughout our stay. The private pools and daily wine & cheese hour were two huge perks to the property and allowed us the chance to sample some local wines (all of which were delicious). The rooms were very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There’s also a stunning upper terrace which is the perfect place to unwind with a book and glass of wine. The hotel is a very short walk to plenty of Yountville’s restaurants and wine bars which makes its location ideal. In particular we would recommend Coqueta and Bouchon Bistro for dinner and Priest Ranch for some wine tasting. The hotel staff were very friendly and on hand to help if needed.

The only minor issue was the noise from the room above us. Whenever someone walked around upstairs the floorboards creaked very loudly. For the most part this happened during the day time or by the time we were awake in the morning so it didn’t bother us too much. But I imagine if this happened during the night you would maybe be woken up. We know these types of issues are typical with older buildings but we thought it still worth flagging!

Lovely spacious and well decorated rooms, friendly staff and clean spaces. Wine on arrival, cookies in the room and breakfast were all delicious!

We stayed a few nights in different parts of Napa valley and wouldn’t say Yountville was the most interesting - just personal preference though, if you’re looking for peace and quiet it’s a lovely location.

The hostess was a disappointment , no conversation , handed us the keys and pointed out the door toward the room but didn't specify which room .Normally we have at least a small interaction with the staff. The only person that even acknowleged our presence was a nice Latina who worked in the breakfast room.

Such a lovely inn in an ideal inn! A quick stroll to anything in Yountville. A quiet street with easy parking. We took advantage of their bikes. The staff was very warm and hospitable. Our suite in the main building had lots of space and charm.
