What a cute place! Our cottage style room was super pretty, cozy, quiet, and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a surprise that the breakfast was included, which we appreciated a lot right before a wine tasting at 9 am. The breakfast had a great variety and included vegetarian/vegan options. The wine and cheese hour early evening and the nightcap were delicious - super thoughtful and sweet idea!! Yountville downtown is walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable as we walked to most restaurants!

The coffee machine in the room was high quality - but hard to figure out which way the pods were supposed to go.

The room was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional. We stayed during the "atmospheric river" event that hit California and, as a result, there was no power. The staff did what they could to make everything comfortable (including providing an extra comforter and continuing the wine-and-cheese and free breakfast) but without heat it was quite cold in the room. After the first night without power and without our asking, the staff offered us the chance to move us to a "sister" property for our second night (a truly wonderful property) AND Four Sisters also refunded the first night's cost. I would definitely stay at a Four Sisters inn again and highly recommend their properties and staff.

Just delightful. The staff were so welcoming - even free cookies in reception. The wine and cheese hour was so good (as was the port before bedtime!) and it was just lovely sitting round the fire pit relaxing. It was one of the prettiest hotels we’ve ever stayed at - the gardens were bursting with flowers- and our room was perfect- we loved our stay here.

The location is ideal with easy walking distance to many restaurants and tasting rooms. The rooms are spacious and very good for relaxing.

For many travelers from time zones further east, the late availability of breakfast and coffee was inconvenient. There is coffee in the room but too noisy to use while my wife was sleeping.

The location was great- My stay was made better by Wesley at the front desk. He was so nice he made me feel like I was staying at a friend's home. You are lucky to have him. 😁

The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. The scrambled eggs had brown edges and the "packets" of catsup were beneath this nice B&B. Salsa or a special sauce/seasoning would be good.

I couldn't imagine a cozier hotel experience in Napa. Complimentary evening wine and cheese was a nice bonus. The breakfast, room, and the staff were all great. I'm looking forward to going back and spending more time.

Friendly counter staff person. The room was large with a fireplace and a huge bathroom. Welcome gifts provided. Delicious breakfast.

Expensive but cost is comparable to other places in Yountville. Bad experience on the phone when confirming my reservation. Rat outside of room next to spa tub.

It was absolutely charming! We were celebrating our anniversary-Appreciate the personalized note and unexpectedly found a chilled bottle of bubbles in our room. Also enjoyed the breakfast selection and mimosa bar-great staff!

breakfast was very good, especially the "egg" dishes liked the porch swing and chairs, and the plantings all around.

I liked my ssecond floor room - roomy and "iinn"-like but I would have liked the private gardens of the renovated part, tho those rooms (my friends stayed there) were not as sunny and airy.

Lovely property. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice outdoor area. Great TV with easy connections. Big bathroom. Good breakfast. Good coffee machine.

After office hours you were totally alone. No-one to contact re a problem. We rang the listed phone number and the person who answered had no clue about anything. Weird.
