Great location, good breakfast, room was comfortable and clean. Love that Ghost Block was there! Guest "extras" (cookies, coffee, tea in the lobby) were a very nice touch.

Staff was friendly but slightly stand-off-ish. Room cleaners entered our room on check-out day, and all they did was remove every single towel while we were at breakfast. They didn't clean anything, and they didn't leave any replacement towels. Luckily, we had showered but we had to wipe our hands on our bathrobes! I suspect they also took M&Ms from the minibar, because we got charged for them even though we didn't eat them.

We loved that there were no resort fees even though the grounds were beautiful with pool, hot tub and small exercise room. The breakfast was amazing, offering many choices of coffee drinks, all manner of croissants and breads, smoked salmon, eggs, yogurt, hot and cold cereals and fruit. They even offered us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our 50th anniversary! A good breakfast is one of the features I always appreciate and this hotel had one of the best. The beds were comfortable and we also enjoyed having a Nespresso coffee machine at our disposal.

I wish the staff would've informed us of the cookies at 3pm, but we never got a text saying our room was ready. We showed up at 4pm and our room was ready, but could we have been informed earlier?

Highly recommend. Excellent location with easy access to everything, parking was very easy on site and seconds from the main roads. The pool, hot tub, gardens, fire pit area, breakfast room, etc were all very clean and well staffed. Our room was excellent- spacious and very comfortable with a big shower and multiple areas for laying out our personal items.

There’s nothing bad at all. If I had to pick something, there is a little noise from the highway when you are enjoying the outside spaces or your deck but not enough to hear at night with the door closed.

Wonderful place to stay in Yountville with an interior courtyard with decent sized pool, bocce ball, and large fire pit. Drinks and snacks served . Full scale complimentary buffet breakfast with salmon, champagne, fruit, scrambled eggs, waffles, etc. Staff was wonderful.

Rooms in back building overlook a beautiful vineyard but you also can hear cars on Route 29. Rooms don’t have cross ventilation so if you get back in the evening and want to get the lovely coolness into your room open the patio door and leave the room door open for awhile for a cross breeze. Works quickly.

was supposed to get a garden view but got a courtyard view instead; earlier check-in (the hotel didn't appear full so an early check-in before 4pm would have been appreciated); no toaster in room; more frequent tidying up of pool area (~9pm pool tables are full of empty glasses and trash bins are full)

I loved my stay at the Napa Valley Lodge. The room was super nice, with a beautiful fireplace and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is just the best. The garden and pool area are a perfect spot to relax, and unwind at the end of the day or even to star your morning with the coffee in hand, enjoying the outside fireplace.

Gym is a little small, although there was. A nice amount of free weights with 4 cardio machines. The gym could use a little more space difficult for 2 people to lift weights at the same time

Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and accommodations are super comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden and swimming pool — that, together with the hills in the background, created the perfect vibe for a relaxing time. Breakfast was solid with lots of options. The reception staff was incredibly nice with us.

Breakfast was great, there were many different food choices and even champagne for mimosas. The location was located off a main road that provided access to all of Napa and the many wonderful wineries.

There was no lunch service, which would be nice poolside. There are no elevator to get to the second floor rooms.

The included breakfast was beyond my expectations. The location was walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Yountville is a cute little town and worth a stay. Hotels are pricier than their experiential value in this location, though, and I think that's because of French Laundry and other fine dining within walking distance. Can't forget the staff... They were great! Friendly, attentive, you could tell they were doing their best to make your stay the best it could be.

The rooms and bed were comfy, spacious, but they could use a designer to come in and bring a "wow" factor. Some unique, upscale updates would make this a 5 star experience.
