Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Attractive lobby/breakfast area. Very comfortable and quiet room, with good amenities and cozy fireplace. Good temperature control. Nice, fresh-cooked breakfast. Great location - just three blocks to downtown Sonoma, with many restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and shops.

Check-in time of 4pm is inconveniently late. Although the front desk staff worked with this as best they could - including completing all check-in tasks and texting me when the room was ready slightly early (3:40pm) - this late time is inconvenient when most guest will have arrived much earlier, and would like to have a couple of hours before going to dinner.

Delicious breakfast (home made baked goods, fresh egg dishes each day, fresh fruit). Miguel was amazing and so accommodating to allergies. Great location to central Sonoma square...good walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Room was set up for 2 people when 3 were reserved. Example. Only two coffee cups, two wine glasses, 2 robes...etc. When room reserved for 3 would be even better if each room had enough for 3 people. The jacuzzi area was a little dirty - needed a good power wash on the tile.

Comfortable accommodations, beautiful rooms, incredible breakfast each day, free parking, location was perfect, hot tub was great. Katelynn at front desk as well as Charlene were so helpful and accommodating. Loved the patio off our room. Beautiful decor in the rooms and also the common areas.

Housekeeping would either forget to leave cream or coffee pods. Coffee machine was hard to work, so we usually came downstairs to get coffee to bring back to our rooms.

Love the quaint comfortable ambiance. Love the afternoon wine tasting. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed and love the fireplace in the room and outdoor jacuzzi. Love the porches.

Bathroom vanity faucet very difficult to use because of design. Difficult turning off and changing temperature. Shower faucet leaked. Toilet low water pressure.

The room was big with many windows. We were invited to a wine/cheese reception at five, a perfect opportunity to meet other guests. We used the rooftop jacuzzi at night and enjoyed the full breakfast buffet in the morning.

It would have been nice to have a bathing suit swing available to avoid having to pack a wet suit. Also: Tuesday morning (5:30 AM) was garbage day…

Our room (#21, in the Vintner's Cottage, a separate annexe to the main hotel) fronted on to the main road, and traffic noise was intrusive. Management were kind enough to move us to #23 for our second night, which was significantly quieter.

The Inn was lovely, comfortable and clean. The breakfast and evening wine and cheese time were wonderful perks and offered a great chance to meet and visit with other travelers. The Inn was just the right distance from town...a short ten minute stroll, but not in the hustle and bustle.

It was charming and quaint. Very clean and comfortable. We liked that it was small and every room had a balcony. Breakfasts were delicious!! And the location was great. We could walk around town and to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Having bikes available to guests was a bonus as there is a lovely bike trail in Sonoma.

The only thing we didn’t like was the property backed up to a daycare. They open very early so opening our patio door for fresh air or sitting outside with our morning coffee was not ideal.

The room was large, quiet and clean. It was a little dark with only 2 windows on one wall so a little stronger lighting would be a plus but not a dealbreaker if not improved.

We liked everything. A little brighter would be nice. The door handle for the sliding door to the bathroom was a little funky and loud. Maybe it needed maintenance?

Very friendly welcome. They remembered we had been at the Inn before. Staff great. Our room was very confortable. Very nice Happy Hour with Chateau St. Jean wine- exceptional. Breakfast-excellent, complements to the Chef.

As we were leaving it rained-The Inn could not change the rain. It was March.
