We were the only room whose keys worked the entire 3 days from 12 am ( midnight) on 1/1/2025 to 1/3/2025. Even the hotel manager did not believe it and had to see for himself that our keys still worked! We could only attribute it to a miracle because we sprayed holy water in our room, door, windows and bathroom as soon as we checked in and prayed protection from the Blessed Virgin and St Michael . There is no other explanation how we were able to open our door for 3 days and everyone else could not open theirs and had to move to another hotel .

I loved talking to Jo, she was VERY helpful and her customer service is on point. Thank you so much for being accommodating and professional. Also the lady that was helping out on the breakfast bar. She said she worked on the desk but was covering for the regular person. She was VERY attentive and efficient. Definitely a great experience for our stay. Thank you so much.

I love how clean the room and hotel are. I also love how there was an appreciation message addressed to my name on the tv when I turned on the morning of check-out.

What I didn’t like was how dimly lighted the surrounding outside streets/neighborhood was at nighttime. In fact, we saw police & emergency personnel coming to a car accident, probably because of the insufficient lighting of the nighttime visibility.

Easy access to this location. Room layout was nice and comfortable. Hotel was clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Need better lighting in the parking lot. A couple of the parking lot lights were out or going out. Very dim. Room 308 bathroom sink faucet temperatures were backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot (not a big deal, but an easy fix).

The room space, wonderful! Very big , like a mini apartment! Very nice picked colors for the room ambience and high ceilings! Lovely!

Reception Team wasn't attentive to the courtesy items...like coffee, water, tea...etc. ..was running out fast ..I had to ask for replacements 2 times and had to wait a long period, since was only one person at the Reception...she did all...

When I first checked in, they could not find my reservation. Turns out my name was transposed. But after we figure out the problem, everything was good. The only downfall was that when I turned on my heater, a big old roach crawled out. I decided to sleep in the bed furthest from the heater, and everything was all good.

The breakfast was not too great. Eggs had sat in warmer pan way too long! There was not always a meat (ie bacon/sausage) option; perhaps they ran out. Also the milk was from powder...not very tasty. The room and especially the staff, were very helpful and pleasant.

It was quite noisy. The walls are very thin. I had a strange woman just show up at my door at 11:00 and start knocking on it, waking me out of a sound sleep thinking I was supposed to know her. My best guess is she was probably a call girl. She was mad cuz I wouldn't open the door. The front desk person was nowhere to be seen. I had to go to the front desk and call for him to come out and ask him if he saw any of it. Since it happened on the first floor I thought maybe he would have heard it. He had no clue.

Staff. Room and cleanliness.

Jacuzzi was out of order. We were disappointed. I deserve some credit. Kitchen was smelling like sausage, being a Hindu vegetarian, it was difficult. I recommend a good vent for the kitchen/breakfast nook! Move the exercise bike in the gym back, treadmill is high, if someone have an accident in the treadmill they could end up with a head injury on the bike!

Breakfast was great - my husband is gluten free and he had options. We've been in other hotels where he cannot eat anything, so thank you! The room was also large and comfortable.

Well, this is just person al taste...the bed was a tony bit too soft for me.
