The property had comfortable beds and DISH TV so we were able to catch Top Chef and have a pizza delivered to our room so it was cool. We weren’t in our room that much except for the first night.

The parking is a little iffy and there were scummy people just working on their cars in the parking lot….drives the property value down when the lot is full of trailer trash working on their cars. Also, the shower was very hard to operate. We knew how to turn it on, but the faucet wouldn’t behave at first. The handle of the in-room coffee pot fell off in my hands. I didn’t like the rickety elevator that took us upstairs but am glad it was there.

The room was nice and roomy

It was really loud because of the freeway, and not in the best area. The office says it’s open until midnight but door was locked so I had to go to the walk up window when checking in and out and it was very cold outside. When checking out, I could see the employee through the window and he was sleeping. It took me at least minutes of standing out in the cold at 5am for him to wake up and realize I was knocking and ringing the bell to let him know I was there and needed to check out.

It is the second time we have stayed at this place and we really like how easy it makes our stay in Santa Cruz, very close to the Boardwalk and the kitchenette has the necessary space to cook

It would be nice if they had basic kitchen utensils, such as pans and spatulas. but there's nothing really bad to complain about.

The beds are super comfy!!

The shower curtain is not long enough so water gets all over the floor and the staff bothers you multiple times about checking out at hours before it's check out time. They woke us up both days It was quite annoying.

AThe room is very big and very clean and the bed is amazingly comfortable. And it is an actual king size bed and not a queen. The manager is very accommodating and has a friendly demeanor. His wife is the head of housekeeping and she is very friendly as well and she is very through in her position. The place is just very comfortable and easy-going. Will for sure recommend to anybody

Parking suck and the fact that there is only 1 elevator and the office is a big distance from most of the rooms so if your key for the door happens to stop working while you are our it suck to have to walk all the way to the office and all the way back inoeder to open your room door. And the security guard at night is not usefull for anything and be is lazy and rude

After booking and cancelling the worst hotel these guys were here right when we needed them. They went above and beyond to make our stay great.

The cleaning crew knocked on our door 40 minutes before check out time. We got 2 crushed/bend b Stands lamps.

It was all good but we thought we were goin to get a king bed not double bed we didnt need the two beds thats why i select the king i hope next time we get what we paid for...
