Omg! Where to start...Staff was absolutely great! Hotel impeccably clean. There was 6 of us and we got a huge room with 2 queens and couch bed. Lots of seating in the room. Fridge microwave and closet space. Hotel was very safe.The morning breakfast was incredible!! Full on restaurant style seating area with t.v. make your own waffles ( chocolate or regular) whip cream and all the fixin's.bagel English muffin and 3 types of regular breakfast Muffins. Oatmeal, many cereals to choose from. Juice and cucumber water. It was terrific!!!! AND completely affordable. We only paid 40 dollars more than the dump hotel down the street was asking.

There was literally nothing I didn't like. Totally impressed although our beds were very firm which I need more plush for my back. But I'll take that for everything else about this hotel.

Location is right off the freeway an easy to find with shopping nearby. The hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful, King room was spacious with plenty of reachable outlets. Food was average and typical for included breakfasts. The eggs were better than average with seasoning in them.

The bed pillows are too small but typical for this day and age. The fitted bottom sheet did not fit the bed and came untucked. The main concern was approaching a very large dog in the 3rd floor hallway as I made my way to the elevator. It was leashed but and held by a small statured man that struggled to keep him under control. The man looked like he was about the same weight as the dog.The dog was barking, growling, and lunging in a threatening way in my direction. He got around me without harm but scared the heck out of me. I don't mind pets in a hotel, but they need to be very well mannered and non-aggressive. This dog displayed undisciplined aggression. It was not my idea of a dog that qualified being around strangers in a hotel.

I love the location, the laundry room was phenomenal to have. Breakfast was good. Also has a little convenience store of sorts which was high but convenient. There is a pool and hot tub, as well as a grill if you want to use it. Staff was extremely friendly!!!!

The carpets were filthy. My feet were black and my socks were black. You cannot go without shoes in your room . Hot water did not work well in the shower or the sink- have to let the water run 5-10 minutes to get hot water.

The front desk receptionist (Maurice? Morrison?) was helpful and pleasant- also the young man at the front desk with whom I spoke over the phone prior to arriving. I asked for a quiet room on the ground floor, and they reserved me that type of room. The hotel was very full, but it was quiet near my room and the walls appeared to be well insulated. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, and I slept well. I would stay at this property again.

I don’t like the Hilton policy that one has to give up personal information to get free Internet.

I love this place it’s our go to every time we’re in town for family gatherings, staff is great as well as the cleanliness of the hotel.

I always like to request our room on the very top floor unfortunately we didn’t get it this time do to a misunderstanding and there was too much running and noise on the floor above our room at very late hours of the night. So that was the only thing we didn’t like this time around people should really learn to control their children at places like this at those hours.

The variety of food, the microwave in the lobby as an extra backup, the available razor because I forgot mine at home were all appreciated.. KEEP THE PELETON! Clean hot tub and extra headphones

If I have to pick something, and it's not even a big deal but it would that what looked like on the picture advertised in the elevator had bacon in the picture and we were there for 2 days and got sausage on both days. Everything about both morning breakfasts was good it was just different from what was advertised so it left the impression that we would get bacon and or mixed fresh fruit too

I really like everything from customer service,, amenities, and etc. The staff were wonderful! Starting from checking in, the staff were informative and helpful! Next, the room was nice for 5 people (1 adult and 4 kids). Also, the amenities were clean and they had what you need: clean towels, water, water cups, and headphones. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Not like but I would hope the breakfast time would be more effective. I would hope the waffles are done because it took time and some of us had to learn how to use the machine as well. I felt that it would save so much time for staff and customers to have the waffles made or having a designated staff making the waffles so it’s nice and fresh.

Beautiful hotel and amazing room. As you as you'll enter the room, you'll get a wow feeling. The staff was courteous. Initially, they told us they wont have room for early check-in (were reached around 12:30 or so) but within 5 mins they gave us rooms. The breakfast was really good and there was ample parking. A great stay overall when you intend to explore Napa Valley, which is about 30-60 mins way, depending upon the winery you choose to visit

Room was spacious. clean and comfortable. It was well designed for extended as well as short stays and we were very happy with our choice of this location.

Shower pressure on handheld sprayer was surprisingly weak, almost useless. Had their been better pressure we would have rated this hotel a 10 instead of a 9

Good sized rooms. Mostly clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were varied and tasty.

We booked two rooms. One was great, very clean and comfy with a couch. The other was smaller and not well cleaned even after a cleaner was sent up at our complaint. Also, the day we were supposed to check out, my mom came back to the room after breakfast at 8 am and found a cleaner already cleaning our room. After confirming we were checking out that day, the cleaner left. It was only much later that I realized they had taken everything I left in the bathroom (face towel, body wash, etc). I really liked the hotel but there seems to be some communication problems between the staff on cleaning matters.
