Very nice rooms, friendly staff, beautiful lobby, quiet and pleasant town. Comfortable beds, very clean, appreciated the refrigerator in the room. Great experience, my family and I stayed there to visit UC Davis for my son, which he will be attending in the fall, so we will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was meh, eggs soggy and the potatoes had way too much garlic for eating first thing in the morning, not to mention the entire lobby reeked like garlic when you walked in. Everything else was amazing with the exception of our last night when a Quinceanera party came in at 11:45 am and started partying in the hallways and even outside in the parking lot. My only other suggestion would be to please consider putting a make up mirror in the bathroom for us ladies. Also, I was glad I brough my pillow as the hotel ones were huge and rock hard, but the beds were very comfortable!

Room was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was very good.

I informed the check in clerk that I had heart surgery and was just released from the hospital that very day. After 8 days in the hospital I was unable to walk very far. So, she books us into a room far away from the elevator on the 2nd floor in room 240. A long way walk and to also get ice and also use the microwave. When we checked out 2 days later I went to the desk and turned in the key cards and the clerk just took them and did not say a word. Not a thank you or come back again.

Hyatt Pace Vacaville is located on the north end of town across the highway from the Outlet stores, and the neighborhood was quiet at night. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was good. Breakfast had lots of choices . I would stay here again.

I was so tired when I settled in for the night that I did not adjust the thermostat. The AC blew on me all night. This was my fault-not the hotel’s fault. They had an extra blanket in the closet which I could have used.

They allowed us early check in as we had a family event to attend to at 1pm they were understanding and had our room available to check in. We travelled about 2 hrs. Staff was friendly and welcoming, I love that they had a restaurant and bar on-site when you travel with kids sometimes its hard to get out and find a good place to eat. Definitely coming back when we are in Vacaville

When I made the reservation it said that it would not charge for cancellation only if it was made the night before we stayed. It turned out that we did not need to stay on Saturday night. We were there for our grandsons graduation in the coast guard. I let them know on Thursday night when we got there and yet I still was charged for Saturday night. That’s not ok

Breakfast was good on first day. Large number of visitors completely overwhelmed the facility on the second morning. Out of everything and still more guests arriived and nothing to eat and no utensils to eat it with. Very poor. Third morning was a bit better, but still not good.

Very convienant when traveling back to the northwest. There is plenty of places to eat and you are not to far from Napa valley. The freeway access to any desired location is great

The price was a little on the high side for what you received, but that's California you pay the privilege to visit

This hotel has quickly become my go to place to stay when coming to Travis AFB. Staff was friendly as I came in later then expected. Room was clean, cool and bed was super comfortable. Wi-fi was good for supporting Zoom call with many participants. They had no clue I was in a hotel room. Good work space.

Nothing really, this time. Expectations were met.

Loved everything about this place. Lots of parking, showers, breakfast, staff, laundry room. Beds were comfy, AC was nice and cold. So much to love, location to outlet mall and so much other eateries and shopping places.

The rooms are great for families to gather and hang out comfortably. The hotel has nice amenities and the breakfast is always good.

We had requested adjoining rooms but our rooms were nearby about 5 rooms apart. Not a deal breaker, just would have made it easier for us to watch over each other's children.
