We were spending the holidays with family and we wanted to have our own place to stay so we booked the hilton. The room and location were wonderful. It was close to a shopping center and lots of restaurant. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I loved that they valued their own restaurant staff and gave them days off for the holidays but still provided solution and gave our pre made deli sandwhiches and salads for free to guest who stayed on christmas and christmas eve. Parking was also free and easy. Although, breakfast was not complimentary, coffee was until 10am. would stay again!

The room was nice and I was really glad there was an elevator as I had a knee injury and could not navigate stairs.

We did have to ask for extra towels and toilet paper several times, until my daughter went to the front desk to get it herself.

We like the option of the restaurant. Because we have family close by, it’s a great place to stay. We like the Keurig coffee machine in the room!

The room was clean, but the last time we stayed our room was spotless! We got spoiled! The elevators quit, but they were fixed fairly quickly.

The property was pretty clean.

I was very surprised to have holes in my sheets and the bedding was shabby. Should’ve been replaced. I wouldn’t use it for scraps. The bathroom needs to upgraded.

They did have a pool and a sort of warm hot tub. Also, we had an issue with our room, and they immediately moved us, which was nice.

The first floor where we originally were supposed to be smelt super sulfury and like dirty dishwater. They moved us to a higher floor, though. The AC in the room was struggling to keep it cool, and the hot tub was not very hot.

It was unusually quiet at night and I loved that.

I was there for a Reunion and was not able to get the special rate for my rm. they said I had registered too late to get the rate—— I had not known there was a cut off date. So, I paid Way more than my friends and the Lady who could have helped me Erika, was off over the weekend—- I felt somehow taken advantage of and had hoped to get the special rate!

A great location off of the highway.

Stale air in the room upon arrival. An additional $50 refundable deposit required upon checking in. We’ve been here many times and never had this requirement before.

Spacious clean room. Friendly staff.

Didn't have toothpaste. Hotel supplies should always keep this in stock. Had to drive to the nearest gas station in the middle of the night.

Pool was great. Staff were really friendly.

Rooms/hallway need to be updated. Room had a stale smell. AC was so loud. Carpet was dirty.

Did not eat there as it cost too much for the kids

The approach to the entrance could have made more clear from surrounding streets
