My stay was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Their hospitality was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I was impressed by their ability to know everyone by name and greet us personally every time – a small but significant detail that made a huge difference. And the breakfast? Simply fantastic! Delicious, beautifully prepared, and a highlight each morning. The staff's warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care created such a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and eager to return!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Napa Valley, a true hidden gem! This charming bed and breakfast offers a cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect getaway. The location is ideal, just minutes away from downtown Napa, allowing easy access to great dining and wine tasting. The beautifully decorated rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast is served daily in the charming basement dining area with coffee, hot water for tea, various juices, bread, jelly and oatmeal packets readily available. The hostess served the hot breakfast at your table within minutes of arriving. I would just would advise serving a meatless egg option for those patrons who are vegetarian. We recommend the Hotel Napa Valley to anyone looking for a delightful and relaxing experience in the heart of wine country. Please be advised it is primarily "hostless" but the proprietor was easy to get in touch with if needed. We will be back!

The building itself is super cool, old and full of character, but it was clean, fully renovated and had all the amenities, like AC and automatic gas fireplace. Breakfast was functional, nothing fancy, but it's included in the price, so there's that. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the room (it's in Napa after all!), and there were tons of DVDs and board games to choose from in the library in the hall. There's a large parking in the back as well.

It's a self check in hotel, so I didn't interact with any of the staff, which made it a little bit impersonal. But that's a minor thing, I think most of the people would actually appreciate it these days.

The hotel has a very special charm about it. It’s literally got the home from home feel. We booked it never expecting to love it as much as we did. It was one hotel as part of a tour of the West Coast and has already become our favourite. From the friendly staff (especially Dolly) to the home made cookies on arrival and the comfy beds. So many little touches have been thought of to make your stay an experience full of love and care for the guests. The location is ideal as only a stone throw from downtown Napa. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Napa!

I honestly can’t say a bad word. And I’m a fussy guest. It was a 10/10 for me. Fantastic!

Beautiful hotel - both the building and the beautiful room (with a lovely fireplace, very comfortable bed, and very comfortable tub). Loved the dining room in the cellar. The hotel is wonderfully clean and well maintained and in a great and quiet location a very short walk to the main area of town (and very close to several restaurants and wine tasting opportunities).

Would have been nice to have selection/choice at breakfast - no options, you eat what they put in front of you. That worked great for me, but my wife is vegetarian, a very common diet choice; it would be nice if the hotel inquired in advance to make accommodations.

Cute quaint property. When I first walked into the room, it felt quite small, but after I settled in, I absolutely loved it. I felt at home with a cute little deck.

I really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and felt very unique compared to other hotels I’ve stayed. It was raining when we stayed and we opened the back door to the deck. It was very romantic and cute. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Napa.

Fantastic lovely room with nice old style, fire place and bubble bath. The hotel is convenient to park then walk to downtown main street enjoying wine tasting and high end food before coming back in quiet environment of hotel. Breaskfast takes place in former wine cellar, decorated in great way. Food served is fresh and tasty. Absolutely awesome place with good value.

noise from pump at bubble bath is totally off versus the quality of all the rest of hotel... but never mind!

This quaint guesthouse is the perfect base for exploring Napa Valley. The rooms are rustic with modern amenities including AC. The staff are very accommodating. Extras included freshly baked treats, tea/coffee selection and snack hamper available in the lobby. Location wise, this guesthouse is located a few minutes' walk from Napa’s main street with lots of restaurants and shops.

Mobility impaired customers should note the guesthouse has no elevator and old staircases. This was not an issue for us but may be a consideration for others.

The location was perfect for walking our dog, and accessing restaurants and shopping options. There were delicious cookies out each day, and afternoon wine tasting with snacks. The delicious breakfast was also a nice feature to start the day.Dolly is wonderful as a host, and excels at making sure guests have a great visit.

Hotel Napa Valley is a restored Victorian with spacious rooms, and ours had a fireplace and spa bathtub. This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and it was as sweet and comfortable as we remember. It's located within walking distance of the main downtown. The breakfast was a hot meal and changes each day.

The hotel is expensive and does not have a lift. It would not be good for those who cannot manage the stairs. Even to go to breakfast there are two flights of stairs.
