The hotel was perfect location. Close to family I was visiting. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the young man who checked me in. (I forget his name) I am disabled and travel with a lot of medical equipment and supplies. He unloaded everything from my vehicle and brought to my room.

The room was small to have 2 queen beds. No room to move around much. My room was on the first floor which was good because the elevator was out of order and has been for months. This really needs to be addressed and get it fixed once and for all.

The staff was great. The ground floor. The breakfast. The bed.

The broken elevator. Too long Our room had a damp smell, musty. Had to have been a flood or something. But it was late and we were exhausted so we just slept thru it. The bathroom floor had not been as cleaned as it should. Other hair and dirt. Shower too. Not perfect but...

The room was clean. The best part was the large shower with glass doors instead of the typical shower curtain. Better than average toiletries were provided. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included hot options.

They need to upgrade their pillows. We were provided four on our king bed but they were all flat and not supportive. The room was at the end by the stairway. There was a lot of noise coming from the stairs and doors slamming at all hours of the night. The toilet had a very loud flush that was startling (almost like a loud vacuum flush).

Very clean room updated and nice. Absolutely great breakfast that provided alot of options from scrambled eggs, egg whites with cheese, sausage patties, Biscuits and sausage gravy, bacon, 3 brands of cereal, Bagels w/ cream cheese, pancakes, bananas, oranges, coffee, water, orange juice. So needles to say really good!!! Bed was great!

Next to freeway and $50 per night dog fee is a little much.

The staff was very professional, friendly, cheerful and accommodating especially Alejandra at front desk and the morning breakfast hostess.

Our first room has a very heavy cloying smell and we needed to change rooms. Alejandra at the front desk was exceptionally helpful in moving us and 2nd room has no offensive smell. But could distinctly hear the freeway all night. Would request room at front of hotel for next visit.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Love the free bottle of water upon check in. Location was great for where we were visiting in Santa Rosa

Although it’s very clear when booking, the highway noise was loud as were located at the back of the hotel. May not have been so Lund if rooms at the front of the hotel

Complimentary breakfasts were on point, the AC kept the room nice and cool. And all the lighting was very good, having multiple options plus two windows with black out blinds.

Not a huge deal but the sound of the highway 101 was quite noticeable while sleeping, didn't bother me much being a light sleeper.

I had a horrible check-in with one of the staff there but Luis the manager was able to help accommodate us. Thank you for much for the awesome customer service and keep it up. I don’t really do reviews unless it’s really good or really bad. Kudos to Luis Hernandez!

Room was clean and well lit. Large walk in shower, comfortable mattress. Large tv good size bathroom. Felt safe and was quiet. Really nice breakfast with several good choices and good coffee. Staff was extremely friendly.

They ran out of gravy for the biscuits. Only had apple juice for breakfast. Nothing else comes to mind.

The bed was very comfortable with amazing pillows. Amenities were great!

The food at the complimentary breakfast was okay. There were plenty of options but most of the hot food wasn’t appetizing.
