The Holiday Inn is in an excellent location for access to local services and dining. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and well-appointed. (There are chairs next to the elevators on each floor, a thoughtful touch for people who can't stand for extended periods or for people waiting for other guests to join them.) The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Electrical outlets and USB charging outlets over the nightstand were very helpful.

We didn't notice anything we didn't like.

Finally, a comfortable bed! Clean room, great location.

Staff 15-minute break was up constantly, complimentary water was empty all afternoon and night, and housekeeping didn't come to our room, so we ended up going to the front desk to get new wash cloths. Note our bed had the weird metal frame around it that makes it loud especially when you bump it at night.

Very good staff, helpful, good knowledge of stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there was a parking garage on-site. If you book thru them you get a voucher for the breakfast which was one of the best I've had so far, if you book thru a third party the cost is $15, still a bargain for what is included. I would stay there again...

I was impressed with the size of the bathroom and the type of shower. I liked how close we were to our destination. I appreciated the ease to pick a restaurant. I was thankful for the fitness center.

The toilet handle was barely attached and the art on the wall fell off. There wasn't any Diet Pepsi.

The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner was very small and not enough for us both to shower. Shower head was not great.

Breakfast was terrible. We will never eat there again. Eggs undercooked and they didn't toast the english muffins. Additionally the has browns were undercooked and terrible.

Great personnel, we were lucky to meet with Wa'ad, who checked us in, she was extremely welcoming with great personality, location and the cleanliness of the rooms was 10 out of 10

Breakfast was decent but theres still room for improvement

absolutely fabulous front desk individuals! Showed up without a reservation, but with Booking.com’s genius rates which were honored. when the upstairs televisions did not get a Thanksgiving weekend, marathon television show series, we were following, front desk, gal, commiserated, and then proceeded to bring it in on the lobby, television for us! Arrived five minutes before happy hour was over and were treated like Queen Elizabeth and Prince Edward! Bar gal cheerfully provided the beers we desired along with happy hour hors d’oeuvres we could take to our room. For two bone-weary but HUNGRY travelers, this was about as good as one could have hoped for (other than arriving home w/ wonderful well- priced “take out”!!!)

room temperature when we checked in was absolutely freezing! Thermometer set at mid 60s! As we were down in the lobby for a couple of hours, it had a chance to warm up to 71? 72? Took a while before. It warmed sufficiently while we slept. Fortunately, the bedding was cozy. glad we didn’t realize that this was not a hotel that serves breakfast- included (as it’s sister hotel further South did). This is only because we were then spurred to get together with a relative of my husbands for breakfast in Petaluma.

The receptionist, Alejandra was very kind and patient. She’s well suited to hospitality! The parking was complimentary and seemed secure. The hotel was clean and straightforward. The bed was comfortable and there were amenities left and right.

I was charged $10 for breakfast , though I thought it was comped.

Very comfortable and quiet, despite being next to the freeway. Great tv channel choices and a good workout room

Price was astronomical but the market drives that. Breakfast food ran out on morning #2. Staff was kind, but no juice is no juice and at one point ALL the breakfast items were out except for the chocolate chip muffins. Took about 20 minutes for the items to be refilled, but no yogurt, oats, fruit or juice were available.

Location is good for being in Windsor - walking distance to the downtown area for restaurants and biking distance to vineyards we like to go to! It's more affordable than other hotels in the area while still providing good accommodations, comfortable beds, and clean rooms.

There was a little highway noise but we have stayed here before in a different room with no noise, so I think it depends which room you get. Overall, noise didn't prevent me from sleeping, but might recommend bringing earplugs just in case.
