Good sized rooms nice balcony. Nice bar. Loved the location and the surprise that there was a casino nearby, which was great for late night eats.

They oversold the rooms and we had to stay in a less quality room the first night out of two, and it was my husband's birthday. They offered a partial refund of the first night, but it went back to booking.com instead of directly to my card and I had to go through some heroics to get the money back. When I complained, they did upgrade our room on the 2nd night, so that definitely helped make up for the inconvenience.

A fun easy-going resort hotel. Big pool (water toys allowed) and spa and lovely courtyard setting. Outside bar service with food. Kids and pets are welcome. Several conference rooms, wonderful breakfasts and a good dinner restaurant. A local bus service can deliver or pick up at Bay area airports and cruise terminal. Very reasonable for this real vacation hotel. Minnete at the front desk is extra special.

The location is great: Close to the Highway, but not on it. Nice lobby with a bar, a restaurant, pool tables and several armchairs to spend time in comfort. The swimming pool and the workout room were nice, clean and easy to access. The restaurant and its staff were excellent for breakfast and dinners.

Extra cost for parking ($17 dollars per day), extra cost (reservation required) for some of the lounge chairs around the pool. Rooms could be cleaner and could use an update. Overall the value does not match the cost.

Great location and close to many activities

Dealing with Booking.com. I had a death in the family and needed to cancel as I went out of town. Booking.com lied and said it was the hotel that would not let me cancel , but that is not true. I came back to town early just to stay at the hotel so I wouldn't lose my money. I will use every platform I have to make sure nobody I know uses Booking.com.

Affordability, location, professional staff, kind and courteous. Our room was nice and clean, and very comfortable

The parking charge of $16 00 for guest. The shower I'm our room didn't work, there was no pressure in the shower, the bathroom tub faucet wouldn't shut off,so the tub continued to fill up with water, rm#57 One small issue for us was that we had to walk a ways to our room with heavy luggage and we're both Senior citizens with a few minor physical issues, but we managed.

Location is good and quiet. Lobby is very nice. Lots of seating and televisions for guests. Happy there was a bar too. Rooms were nice.

Check-in time of 4 pm is pretty late; although I was able to check in when I arrived around 2:45 pm. I don’t like paying a parking fee. No microwave in room.

The one thing I didn't like was paying to park my car....we had to stay closer to a dr.s appointment in sonoma and we are staying again today for my wifes surgery..after today we will have more time to look for places that don't charge for parking it's ridiculous

The staff here are always so friendly. The affordability v proximity: It’s not very close to wineries but it is centrally located and is a lot more affordable than staying near vineyards.

Pool was not as relaxing as we’d hope, because there were a lot of families with kids. On the other hand, if you have kids, it’s perfect.

My friend had just flown in from Thailand. He needed a place to rest before I was to come down to pick him up. This was during the last record snowstorm so my attempts to drive down to Santa Rosa were thwarted and he had to stay over a few extra days. The staff at Doubletree was very understanding and held the room for him without any increase in price. They were very accommodating.

The menu at the in-house restaurant could be improved with a few more selections. Other than that I have no other suggestions. A fine place to stay and I'd recommend it highly.

Nice, clean and value for money stay in Napa Valley. Stay was very comfortable, restaurant was decent too. Room was very spacious with a large attached washroom. Napa Valley can be expensive so a great place to say which is also a bit easier on the pocket.

Was a bit far (~30 mins drive) from some of the famous wineries in Napa region, but we didn’t mind as the drive itself was quite beautiful.
