Only 3 min to my son’s place—15 min if walk.😁 Swimming pool—heated mineral water—felt so good! Each unit has a grill w/comfortable outdoor furniture.

Ants in bathroom—mostly around window and sink below, but problem turned out well. 😁 Talked to owner about it—I think she told me they had sprayed with natural lemon oil?🤷🏼‍♀️ They don’t use chemicals since some people could be allergic. Offered to do again while we were gone for the day. When we returned, we could spell the lemon—still a few ants but not as many. Was shocked to see while in room, they washed a few dishes left in the sink, emptied trash, and made up the bed! Definitely went above & beyond & I’ll be returning in Sept!!!!😊

I am mobility challenged. Steps are extremely difficult for me, snd impossible without railings. So getting in and out of the room was highly difficult on my own. going down is dangerous, and I fell hard twice. So this property, which is quite nice otherwise is not a place i can stsy at again. I learned I must ask hotels of all stripes if there any steps, particularly high steps, required to enter the room before booking. I am fine on flat surfaces.

I didn't mind that there was no room cleaning service after my first night, but I would have liked the regular coffee to be replaced.

The cottages are clean and neat. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, and the decor a bit outdated. Bathroom sink was also small. The area is nice, quiet and walkable to the downtown area of Calistoga. Would stay again if we are up in the area.

Didn't need to spa tub, would have preferred the bathroom to be a bit bigger. Bathroom sink was tucked in the corner with very little storage...hard for 2 people to share. Also, the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The room did not include breakfast however, there was plenty of nearby coffee houses and restaurants within walking distance to the downtown. The beds were very comfortable, the room had plenty of space for 3 people to sit in the various spaces and not feel crowded. An abundance of closet space was available, and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with enough supplies for our usage. We enjoyed a dip in the pool and a soak in the jacuzzi-both were adequately heated at a comfortable temperature.

We were given cottage #12 which had full kitchen facilities. While my friend and I love to cook, this would have been ideal if we were staying longer than 2 days. We spent 2 days wine tasting using the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce Winter in the Wineries passport. We tasted fabulous wine from nearby wineries. A great market nearby, CalMart has a deli with limited hot food, sandwiches & fantastic cheese and other accoutrements. We’ll definitely be back as we live only an hour away and belong to 4 wine clubs. We didn’t try the pool but planned to. The pool is heated but the weather was very rainy & cold.

The jacuzzi tub was huge in Room #1, it was clean, and Gina was so nice at the office. The location was perfect, close to downtown. They have a microwave, frig, & a small coffee pot. The bed was comfortable, and lots of windows for natural sunlight.

The sulfur smell from the tub water smells like rotten eggs. Although Gina offered a small bottle of oil to defer the smell, we needed many candles & more oils to take away the smell. There was no stirrer for coffee. Bring your own water, they do not provide for the small coffee pot. Another suggestion, to have flavored creamers.

I really liked the overall ambience- kind of traditional non-chain lodging. Put another way, it had a classic vibe like 50 years ago, but was completely up to date in terms of strong wi-fi, etc. Very quiet, which I appreciate. It was great! The pool was really amazing, the warmest I have encountered since I don't know when, which I happen to like. Highly recommend.

The location, while convenient and unusually quiet, was a few blocks from the center of the Calistoga business/rourist district. Not saying that's a bad thing though.

The temperature of the pool in the first night was not warm enough. As we talked to the staff on the second day, they immediately raised the temperature for both the pool and the jacuzzi. So, it was awesome since then. I greatly appreciated. The staff said next time we come, I should talk to them for any help to meet our needs. I greatly appreciated the immediate attention of the staff!

Quiet and off the beaten path. Easy walk to downtown area. Hot tub and pool were nice options. Spacious room with seating and kitchen area. I had read some reviews that mentioned some units didn't have screens on the bathroom windows, but there were screens on our windows.

Tub drained a little slow. Would have been nice to have gotten hand soap and body soap, but not a huge deal - we just used body soap for both.

Love the individual cottage setup and the pool. Staff was super friendly. The room was clean. Very short drive to downtown (and we would have walked the 12-minute walk too if the temperature wasn't 100 degrees).

The bathroom needs a little update. The bathroom sink was very small and the shower in the tub was audibly dripping water overnight no matter how much we tried to jiggle the handle.
