Hotel in southern St Helena in a perfect location, especially if you love wine. The hotel car will transport you within a reasonable distance to the wineries if required and recommendation can be given by the staff. The majority of the rooms are in small groups around the large property hidden in the trees. The grounds and garden areas were beautiful.and impeccably looked after. A large secluded outdoor games area was a real bonus. The room was spacious with a great bathroom. Very attentive helpful staff and very good service. Great breakfast and the restaurant evening meal was also very good. Highly recommended.

The only slight downside was the powerful aircon vents in our room were directly over the head of the bed, which would wake you up if it came on with a cold blast.if it was set to a cool temperature

We were surprised at how much we enjoyed our stay at Harvest Inn. The members of the staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect and very clean. We brought our dog, and everyone was very friendly in that regard. Also, the grounds are nicely maintained, with various pathways (well-lit at night) for walking. The heated outdoor pool was heavenly and great for lap swimming. The hot tub was a bonus. Complimentary and delicious morning coffee at the bar made each morning bright. We are definitely returning for another getaway!

The only somewhat negative thing we can say is that a few of the morning staff at the bar-restaurant were not as friendly as all of the others.

Great atmosphere, quiet, clean, and beautifully kept property. It has some cool quiet nooks and spots to view the vineyard and mountains which was really cool. It was just right as it wasn't super overcrowded and a nice place for a couple to escape and enjoy the scenery while resting for their Napa Valley excursions. We ate the brunch breakfast and the food was good and they really went the extra mile making us feel at home. Definitely would go back for another stay as it was a perfect location away from the major crowds and with a nice pool and jacuzzi. Previously in Napa we had stayed at the Silverado Golf Resort and the cost was similar but we enjoyed this way more as that was super crowed and noisy.

It was a little on the pricey side, and that could explain why it was nice and peaceful.

The place had a special feel from the moment you turn off of the road! Their outdoor areas always seemed social when the weather was permitting. Room was was great but it should be for what you’re paying for it. They also give you a free bottle of Whitehall upon arrival :) Their restaurant closes at 9:00pm and I thought I had a 9:00 reservation for dinner.. they still accepted me at 8:55 but I work service industry and that is always a bad look. They still provide excellent service and their 12oz steak with cauliflower au gratin is worth it.

Little expensive

Manager was so professional and courteous, he made me feel so welcomed. Bar & restaurant staff were super friendly as well, made my stay a lot brighter.

Reception staff needs to practice more on their customer service. They did not make me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in, at least from my experience. For example, on my last day there I sat at the bar to order a Mimosa and waited around 10-15 minutes, and no one even bother to inform me that the bar was closed. The 2 people from the reception area saw me sitting there. I had to get up and ask if anyone was at the bar and that's when they informed me that the bar was closed and not available at that time.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and assisted in every way possible. I compare it to being a river cruise where the staff there fulfills every need. The extra perks, such as their partnership with local wineries offering free wine tasting at the winery.

Didn't like the fact it rained every day we were there. But can't blame Harvest Inn on the weather. There is nothing that the Harvest Inn had control that we didn't like.

Ave been coming here for years and love the place. Love your rooms and beautiful gardens.

We ordered drinks at your bar during happy hour. They were awful. The bartender forgot to add the sugar. Even after he added the sugar they were undrinkable. Too much lime mixer we think.We didn’t drink them and ordered something else but happy hour had just passed and we were charged $20 per drink-Old Fashions nothing fancy. We thought that was not hospitable or fair.

The Harvest Table Restaurant is fantastic, had breakfast, drinks and dinner there all were 5 star meals, drinks and service.

I would like more fish on the menu - since the St. Helena is so close to SF, it would be great to have fresh crab, shrimp, lobster, clams, mussels, (wild) salmon, etc. they did have oysters and halibut, but that was about it, and we each fish, turkey and chicken each day and not red meat, trying to stay healthy. :)

Beautiful place with a vinyard right in back. Bottle of wine included which made for a warm welcome. Large comfy rooms, very clean and well maintained. The location is amazing. Just south of St. Helena, which has some fantastic markets for putting together a lunch at a winery, and it's on the main drag of wineries so the location could not be better. They even had an antique car collection on display. Charming all the way.

The location was great - particularly the red woods. The Inn was very accessible from the highway and parking was very good. The room was very spacious, and the terrace overlooked the vineyards. The shower was very powerful - like a massage. Coffee stand was great with half and half and good tea. The staff was extremely helpful.

The restaurant was not quite what we expected in Napa Valley. The dishes were unlike what we had at restaurants in Napa. The bar service was excellent.
