Enjoyed my stay and the vintage room we stayed in. It was a last minute trip to the location and paid a high price because it turned out to be a popular place. I would go back, however I will look for a better price and time of year. It was very hot which is typical for this time of year.

The time of year was not what I liked. It was very hot outdoors and uncomfortable. Dry heat did make a difference. It was cooler in the shade. Our room was air-conditioned. The bath room was a big too vintage. Shower was small. Our room was a average vintage size. We did like it. It was very clean. However the price was not the best.

Landscaping is beautiful, pools are a great treat, room is simple but has everything you need and is very comfortable.

On Monday (a holiday) the main pool had about 25 boys jumping into the pool repeatedly, tossing a football around, and a very large raft. I know that there is no lifeguard, but no one should be cannonball into the water, tossing footballs or anything else, or bringing rafts into the pool. It would be lovely to reserve some time in the pool for adults only, perhaps? Set some rules about what is and isn’t allowed?

The location was great! We were able to easily access the amenities of the town on the bikes. Plus, we were able to easily visit St. Helena and Napa for more sight sight seeing and wine tasting. The customer service at the restaurant and spa were also positives for my stay.

As a woman, I could have appreciated a little more counter space in the bathroom but when you're busy enjoying the area it's really a minor detail.

I like the room we stayed in and the size of the rooms (king camper studio). The bed and pillows were very comfortable and feel like a brand new. The bathroom was beautiful, very clean, comfortable. There were two big screen TVs with different channels and on demand. Every unit is a separate house. And the cute table and two big armchairs. Love all of these.

They changed me $134 extra for some kind of insurance. I'm not sure what is that. If they will not return me that money I'm going to phone them. Also the pool was not enough for the size of this resort. Lots of people on weekend in the swimming pool. I don't know if a lot of guest on workdays. The charge for the pet is $75. Its more than other hotels have.

The room was beautiful and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax. The hot tub and pool were definite highlights, adding an extra level of luxury to the stay. The staff was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. To top it all off, the restaurant was fantastic with delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

although it was a four person room, there was only enough supplies supplies for two people. The hot tub, which we came to primarily enjoy during the evening hours, was 12° above what was safe. Although we had attempted to get someone to help, initially we were told simply to get out if it didn’t feel safe. However, with persistent complaining, they were eventually able to call someone in to make the necessary adjustments. we were offered an hour late, check out, but when one of my adult grand children came in to get the key re-magnetized, he was told that it was already check out time

Very nice resort, heated pool, very friendly staff, I loved the furnitures in the room.

The rooms which are located on the first floor, below a second floor are very loud, you can hear every step of the people in the room above. I stayed one night and would have not been able to stay another night. (The neighbors above had a dog, the sound of the paws was very hard to ignore)

The people answering the phone made adjusting my reservation extremely easy and as it was for a birthday celebration gave me a complementary room upgrade! When we arrived we also received complementary cans of wine to drink when we went to the pool! When we saw our room it was so fun and funky like the inside of an RV! The bed was super comfortable and had a great nights sleep. In the morning made our pour over coffees and sat in the Adirondack chairs in front of our room and it was so peaceful. I wish I could start every morning with a dip in their warm mineral pool it was so relaxing! Also it was great that after check out we were still able to use the pool for a couple hours! I can’t wait to visit again!

If I had to pick one thing, rain shower pressure was a bit light but loved all the bath products!

We had a great stay at the motor lodge. The staff were so friendly and helpful, ready with recomendations and suggestions and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The decoration is modern and fun, and very comfortable. The lodge is a short walk from downtown Calistoga and in a very calm area so no disruption from external noises at any time. Lots of nice hikes close by and easy walk to some wineries! The restaurant is delicious and the facilities are great! Hope to enjoy more of the spa and pool next time

The air-con/heating system in the room was VERY loud and would turn on intermittently to keep the room at a constant temperature. It wasn't clear how to turn it off completely or keep it on continuously.

The restaurant is a really nice addition to this property! The bar tenders were very nice.

This property is situated so that you can eat at the restaurant or bring your own food and drinks to the outside common areas. We hosted a small baby shower and used the common areas which were wonderful. What was not wonderful were the nasty looks from the restaurant waitstaff. We were made to feel uncomfortable because we were not ordering from the restaurant during that time even though we spent considerable $ throughout the entire weekend.
