It is set in a lovely location but I do wonder if the accommodation has been built a little too close to the cliffs! The outdoor areas (fire pits etc) looked nice but unfortunately it was raining and we didn't get to enjoy sitting out there. Rooms are very nice and tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The location was listed as Monument Valley but it was quite a distance from Monument Valley and had I known I probably would not have booked here. In saying that it was a lovely place to visit and I am not disappointed that we stayed there. Staff were generally very unfriendly and did not make eye contact if we saw them - they would put their heads down and scurry away. Even the check in desk staff were not super welcoming. No where dry or undercover to put your towels/clothes while in the pool and hot tub area if it was raining. The photographs didn't really match the facility. I thought it was going to be more resort-y, but the pool area was nice but quite small and not as good as the photographs would lead you to believe.

Wonderful room. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Great staff-communicative and friendly. Really nice facilities. The weather didn't cooperate so we didn't use the pool or the hot tub. Nice outside seating areas with lovely gas fire pits.

No good options for dining at the resort. The only option is a tiny shack with a very limited menu. It seemed as if the restaurant was an afterthought. The price was a bit high, but that is understandable based on the location. Lastly, I wish they would have adult only hours at the pool because there were very loud children there throughout the evening.

It was the day before Thanksgiving - the hotel had informed us in advance so we knew what to expect on arrival. Dinner was available and good. Breakfast the following morning (Thanksgiving Day) was served in the conference room. It was fine, no fancy, but we greatly appreciated that there was even a breakfast that morning. Staff were extra nice and cordial. We will stay here the next time if we are traveling in this area. It might even be better to make this hotel a base if we are sightseeing etc here for a few days. Totally relaxed here! Simply Awesome!

Nothing to not like.

Bluff is pretty small. The resort is a bit of an oasis with a room that was unexpectedly large and nicely appointed. There are facilities there I did not have time to use but which looked nice. Certainly recommend the property if you are going through there and looking for a relaxing place to spend a night or two. Staff were wonderful. Found a sun hat I left behind, called me and would have mailed it but I wasn't far away and I turned around and picked it up.

No issues for me.

I haven't experienced such delight from visiting a hotel in a long time! This place is truly an oasis of comfort, coziness, and pleasure in the American wilderness. If I visit this area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi, the spa center, and the very cozy rooms left a lasting impression. It's been a while since I've seen a hotel made with such care and thoughtfulness for those who come here to rest and rejuvenate. A big thank you to the owners for their warmth in creating such a wonderful space.

I liked everything!

Perfect place to rest after an active day of hiking in one of the nearby national parks. The place exceeded all my expectations. I stayed an extra day in the same city, but in a different hotel, and regretted it. The room was spacious with perfect Wi-Fi and a beautiful view of the rocks and mountains. It's a quiet, remote place to unwind after a busy day. There's a café on the premises that may not offer fancy fare, but you'll find satisfying options to eat. The prices are reasonable, and the quality is excellent. The room was preheated before our arrival, which was greatly appreciated as it was quite cold during the day. Additionally, there's unlimited hot water, coffee, and snacks available at the reception, which are perfect for taking with you before heading out for a hike. Special thanks for offering beer and wine through room service. In remote locations like Utah, it can sometimes be challenging to purchase alcohol.

While it may be more expensive compared to other hotels in Bluff or Mexican Hat, I have no regrets about staying there. I will definitely be returning

We stayed in the tepees and they were a super cool experience. Loved the hot tub and heated pool, the slide was awesome and so was the ropes and logs course they set up. It had a restaurant that had good food, it was perfect because there were not many options of places to eat nearby. It was a cold night but they offered to switch us to a room instead. But we decided to stay in the tepee because they gave us extra blankets. Super nice staff, they told us about the fire pit and some things to know about it. Super nice stay and would definitely recommend.

Awesome place to stay... No bad qualities.

The design of this place is outstanding. The whole complex is well built, set into the rocky area and all looks just great. Very spacious and clean rooms firepit turned on in the evening ;-) Very nice pool to cool down after tiresome travel and also enjoy hot tub.

Quite loud AC system. Even when turned off in our room we could hear the one from room one floor below.

Our second stay here but since we couldn't get a tower suite for our full stay we picked up room on here for one night until we could get into the tower. Front desk young man was so friendly and helpful on checking in, and the room was lovely in a stunning setting. Our daughter loved the pool, playground, and hammocks and we loved the proximity to Cedar Mesa and Comb Ridge. Room was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable.

There wasn't much we didn't like - the more basic rooms have little in the way of amenities compared to the tower suite. Basic motel appointments but much more thoughtfully put together.

Strikingly beautiful setting among the sandstone cliffs and boulders. The whole place has a rugged, outdoor feel while offering the comforts of luxury lodging. The gas campfires at night created quiet gathering places for guests while softly illuminating the surrounding cliffs. Our room was huge, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Coffee maker & fridge were great. Our deck provided a lovely space to enjoy the amazing view. A narrow, steep trail offered a challenging hike high up the cliff (with steel ladders in an area which was otherwise impassable). A little on-site cafe provided a limited menu (don't expect a formal dinner), some seating both inside and on a patio. We ordered a pizza & salad and brought them to our deck to enjoy. Both were fresh & delicious.Every single staff member was helpful & seemed happy to be there.

This place is so close to perfect, it's hard to think of something negative. The convenient location right on the main highway does create a bit of traffic noise.
