Rooms were comfortable and very clean with quality beds and bedding. The breakfast was grab and go with a nice assortment of items such as cereal, snack bars, and breakfast sandwiches. The doors open with a keypad so we were able to check in late with no issues and never had to worry about forgetting our room key.

It would be nice if the breakfast area was accessible earlier as we had to leave at 6 AM each morning and the breakfast area doesn't open until 7:30. There is a nice cafe in town where you can get an early breakfast if needed.

Very cute renovation of an old motor court. Large rooms, huge comfortable bed. Great instructions ahead of check-in, made it so easy. Easy access parking and easy to find the hotel. I love the retro 50 - 60s look. Large shower with good instructions to let water run a bit to get the hot water, same as I do back home in my 1960s house. Great continental breakfast, really appreciate it.

Everything! We have been to this inn prior years (before it was Blue Sage) and it was fine. Everything they have done since then has just been jaw dropping! It’s absolutely beautiful and the beds were so comfy and the pillows were a dream! We used to live in Blanding, UT so we are familiar with the area and town. The Blue Sage was a fresh visit that is definitely worth more stays!

It’s right in town off of a main road, the room was very roomy, it was comfortable, extremely clean, we were impressed with the luggage storage options in the room, and it even had a little counter with office space, a little sewing kit in the bathroom in case you rip some thing, a microwave, and a fridge, a coffee pot, a large screen, TV, and the bathroom was incredible! I think there’s a bathrobe in there too, the little finishing touches in this motel are amazing! we parked right in front of our room, We liked the breakfast options, there is a grocery store nearby. We were there for July 4 and we loved the fireworks! The people in the town are really welcoming.

It was surprisingly comfortable. I loved the whole experience. It was clean, cute and had everything I needed. I loved the check in/check out process. Instructions on everything were very clear and easy to follow down to the smallest detail. I will always stay here when I visit Blanding again.

It was a different type of motel - lovely design with some outdoor furniture including gas fire area that we were able to use. Breakfast itself was much better than the description- small breakfast room with an excellent choice of food including hot breakfast muffins that you could microwave, juice, cereal, coffee and tea, homemade cake- really nice.

Blading itself closes at 9pm so hard to get food later at night. No issues at all with the property

On first glance I was worried about this property. But it has recently been refurbished and has historical architectural significance. The rooms were updated and very clean and comfortable.

The television channels were via streaming. We could not get ESPN to watch NBA playoffs. Toilets are too low! There were no tissues in the room.

The breakfast was okay. One day there wasn't any milk for cereal. Loved the size of the bed. The shower was great and plenty of hot water. Wifi was terrific. The inflatables were a bit noisy. Staff was very nice and we had a nice conversation.

The breakfast was a bit slim.

The beds are very comfortable and there’s a good sized flat screen TV.

The breakfast is primarily packaged stuff, which I knew from a previous stay, so I brought my own granola. They usually have yummy homemade banana bread,, but it was Thanksgiving day, so they didn’t have any.

Location. Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Having your car right outside your door was great. Check in was easy.

We stayed here twice on our circle of vacation. Our bed the first time in unit 5 was very soft . I felt like I was laying in a recliner. But the rest of the room was great. Our second stay the beds were very good … so it had to be just that unit.
