We stayed at Bear Ears Inn for the weekend while attending a family wedding. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had great clean rooms with plenty of space and VERY COMFORTABLE BEDS.

The pool was closed, so that was a bummer for our kids. We were busy with the wedding, so it wasn't as big of a deal, but if we had booked for a vacation, it would have been reason for us to switch hotels to one with a working pool.

This is literally the best hotel in Blanding UT , In case that you don’t know this a very small city and there is only 5 hotel / motel in town and this one is the best one The rooms are bid and clean , comfortable beds , it have Keurig type of code make ( there is NO Starbucks in town ) It’s offer free breakfast ,

The ac is a bit loud at night when you are trying to sleep but need to leave the ac becsause it’s kind of hot place

The breakfast was typical. Good variety for continental breakfast. Location was good but was a little confusing as how to enter the property

Booking. com billed us twice for the one night stay. When we tried to reach booking.com we could not get through to them because I had not kept my confirmation number once the stay at the hotel was completed. Also booking.com charged our credit card when the reservation was made. I was not made aware of that at the time of the booking. Usually hotels don't charge until you have completed your room stay We contacted our credit card company and they said they would handle the double charge for us.

Room was nice and comfortable, and very clean and had a nice modern feel. The breakfast options were simple but good. Motel style, but nicely updated. Will definitely stay again. Very friendly staff, easy check in.

I don't have any complaints. It was as advertised, and it met my expectations. The worst I could say is that the room was a little small, so you probably would not want to hang out there all trip, but it was comfy and if you are using it as a base for sightseeing and travel, it is perfect.

The room is modern, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have breakfast included and the location was convenient.

The bathroom light is on a motion sensor which turned off several times when using the shower and even once when my kids were on the loo.

The property is remodeled and very nice, clean, comfortable, nice breakfast

The front office staff when we arrived wasn’t very pleasant because we arrived 45 minutes early and made us wait 30 minutes, which was fine with us, she could have been more kind

The rooms were clean, comfortable, & inviting. The hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The breakfast was great we especially enjoyed the potatoes, sausage, & eggs. They even had the lower sugar yogurt my diabetic husband likes. The young lady did an excellent job at keeping up with the food and being friendly.

We liked they had available rooms. As a metter of fact, we were the only guest in the entire Inn when we arrived. The hot breakfast in the morning was done well. The staff were attentive and courteous. The room was clean and they had attempted to modernize the room.

There was no closet or safe in the room.Also, there was a breaker box in the room, which seemed out of place.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. It felt very spacious for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were great. Breakfast was just excellent. Everything was above expectations. This stay was just what we needed to rest, recharge, and reset for our trip to Yellowstone, Arches, and Monument Valley.

Don't change a thing.
