Very yummy breakfast, not typical for a hotel/motel. Nice staff. We had the 2 room double queen beds, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, The bathroom had a great decor, good shower. We basically had the back garden for ourselves, not sure why other guests sat outside their door by the road. That garden is nicely landscape, many chairs and tables, quiet, well appreciated for breakfast and at the end of the day.

The rooms were a bit small, hard to move around and put clothes The bathroom, again a bit too cozy. It was not a major issue, just it would have been nice to have a slightly bigger space.

Comfortable bed, great reading lamps next to the bed, beautiful decor, good breakfast with lots of choices, nice seating in the dining area-great for meeting and chatting with other guests, nice blinds in the window that kept the room dark for sleeping. The garden looked fabulous for sitting out in warm weather. We were there in November and it was cold, so we didn’t take advantage of it.

Our room was small. It was rather challenging to move around with our luggage stashed there. I didn’t care for the design of the bathroom sink - it was difficult to use.

Great property, tranquil! Furnishings were delightful - rustic charm!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Best breakfast at any hotel I’ve had in a long time. We will be back. Speaking of which - the set up at breakfast encourages conversation with other travels. So fun to meet others and hear their stories. Our “new friends” told us this was their 3rd time staying here.

The breakfast was uniquely different than other hotels. Homemade items and very fresh fruits. The beds were very comfy!!! The back garden area was lovely. Roses & bird feeders, & a fire pit for night. The staff ( mostly young adults) was sweet & helpful. The location is 1.25 hrs from Moab, (Canyonlands & Arches National Parks, & Indian petroglyphs) & approximately 1 hr from Monument Valley. We stayed 2 nights & made this place our base for all of these sites. Many more sites were close by that we didn’t even cover! We stayed the following night in Sedona & met a couple by the fire pit at a Marriott; when we told them we stayed in Blanding, they said “Stone Lizard?” We laughed, & they said they had stayed there a few days before! I booked this place because of the 5 star reviews from EVERYONE! Book it soon, it fills up quickly!

It was a genuine pearl in an unexpected place! Wonderful staff, and super comfortable! We were super excited for the freshly made breakfast! A thunderstorm happened to take the entire towns electricity so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy it!

The ONLY downside is there were no healthy food options for dinner. We did find an amazing cafe about 27 minutes away called Comb Ridge Eat and Drink - which by the way was Amazing.

Easy check-in. The room was not large but very nice southwestern decor. There was a little nook with a twin bed for our grandson which he thought was cool. The grounds are very nice. The breakfast was very good. Freshly made pastry filled with eggs,ham and cheese and cinnamon rolls. A variety of yogurts,cereals,fruit and one of the best chia puddings I have every had. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Bathroom sink was not clean.Scratchy towels. .

The bed and room was very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good with everything you would need. We shopped at Clark’s supermarket which was excellent.

Nothing to do with the property but Blanding has only one very average restaurant and is also a dry town.

Very clean facility with great large rooms. Our double queen had beds in two different rooms. Everything appeared to be new/recently remodeled. Breakfast was amazing; they make all items on site. Coffee bar. Highly recommend.

No pool Had to walk through second room to access bathroom. Bathroom was very narrow.

The room had an upscale southwestern design. Queen size bed frame made from pine lodge poles. Very comfortable pillows, and mattress was like sleeping in a cloud. Same with a single bed in separate area. Navajo rugs and pottery throughout. Shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Bathroom sink basin had attractive woodwork. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, good internet is always appreciated. Anxious to return to the property on the the way back after finish of vacation. Check in person was pleasant and accommodating. A truly delightful stay at a property only seen on photos.

I would not change a thing.

The property was very nice, obviously well cared for. There was a nice garden out back. The rooms were decorated with style and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious!

The location is a very small town, with few dining options, but a lovely visitors center with much information about the area.
