Super clean room, good size, lovely friendly staff. We had a nice meal at the restaurant, and while the dishes were a bit expensive, it was a very pleasant evening with table service, white linen cloths and candles, so a cut above a pub meal. A good selection of local wines were very reasonably priced.

Great location to catch up with family in the district. Friendly staff who gave us great information about what was happening in Wondai on the weekend we were there.

Shower had very low pressure for the first few nights until we asked for it to be fixed, and then it was great.

Lovely staff. Clean room. Convenient, within walking distance to touristy spots. Great dinner in the room. We were travelling with a dog, when booking it didn't register so when we arrived, we were both surprised but the staff member was most accommodating and sorted it out for us.

Mary-Anne was a fantastic host. Very particular in getting our meal orders right any timely. Excellent quality of food in their restaurant.

The only thing is the sound insulation between the rooms. Probably the roof cavity needs more insulation . We had fairly noisy family as neighbours on one night.

We had to leave each day before breakfast was served. The beds were comfortable, all very clean, and up to our expectations. I wonder why there were no soft chairs?

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was perfect and spotlessly clean also very comfortable. The staff were fabulous and the dinner at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much. We would highly recommend staying here.

The whole experience was exceptional. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy, well set out and very comfortable. Breakfast was a perfect start to our long day ahead, delivered to our room with a friendly smile and lovely good morning. Would certainly stay here again and try out the onsite restaurant next time.

Easy to find, very friendly greeting plus we were early but managed to get early check in so grateful 🙏 Perfect overnight stay with all the comforts you'd expect. Lovely presented clean room. Thank you for the windscreen washing bucket. What an excellent idea!! And the couch in room was great too!

We weren't able to dine at restaurant as it was Boxing Day but the dining area looked very inviting. As did the pool which we didn't get a chance for a dip.

Maryanne is a wonderful host & looks after all your needs. The restaurant is excellent & we were pleasantly surprised at the breadth of the menu & wine selection for a small town.

I provided my own breakfast but the owner made me a lovely dinner.

Nothing could have been better I would always stay here because it's very quiet comfy bed very clean nothing was too much trouble very friendly made feel welcomed
