The location was perfect there is a place for the kids to run across from the hotel. There were restaurants in walking distance. They were delicious! It’s close to Fort Worth. This property was clean and comfy with great staff so helpful and friendly! The breakfast was insane delicious we bragged to our family who stayed at another hotel and regretted it. This property was so great I will definitely be staying there again!!

Nothing it was perfect

Excellent hotel, very clean, everything seemed new. We felt completely safe, plus NO Charge for parking, which was very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable in a large room with desk & sofa, plus nicely updated and decorated. The bathroom had a shower with glass door, which was great - no paper thin shower curtain & leaks on the floor! Loved the sliding door, too! The breakfast was wonderful, many things to choose from, several toppings for the oatmeal, they actually had Oikos Yogurt (no sugar), which is my preferred yogurt. The whole front staff was great, all 3 interactions we had were very pleasant, with all 3 ladies helping us with directions to nearby resturaunts & other places. We looked online for quite awhile for a motel because of all the bad reviews on motels close to or inside Fort Worth, but Springhill Suites by Marriott will be the place we come back to again & again. We attended the Roping at Will Rogers Memorial Center and it was only about 20 to 25 mins away, we loved it because it was new, safe & no charge for parking. Walmart was within a mile, plus many cute shops & resturaunts, including a Dairy Queen, were nearby. We kind of wished they had an indoor pool & hot tub, because the weather turned a little chilly while we were there, but if it had stayed in the 80's, we would have definitely used the outdoor pool.

The only complaint we had was the times for the breakfast, we thought we had until 10 am on Monday morning to grab something to eat before we headed to the airport, but they only stay open till 9 am on weekdays & 10 am on weekends.

The lobby, rooms and workout facility were really nice. The pool area looked inviting, but we didn't get to use it after all. The breakfast was decent. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The glass window from the workout space into the lobby was interesting but not the best for letting those who are exercising just focus on what they are doing.

Since I was visiting my family in HudsonOaks for a special occasion, having a nearby hotel was perfect. I was there for 5 days and Everything was clean and orderly.

There aren’t too many negatives here, but I wish there was a hot tub in addition to the pool. The only other thing is that the rooms were so dark. The only place to sit when I needed light to work on something or read, was at the desk. Not a huge problem, but the lamp by the sofa could have had a stronger light (maybe a 3 way bulb)? Also some pillows on the hard, hard sofa would make it more comfortable

The facility was like new, very clean and nice. The Breakfast was as good as any I have had in a hotel.

The wife didn't like the sliding door on the bathroom thought that there was no privacy.

Very clean. Super friendly staff. Nice selection for breakfast. I love the layout of the bathroom. I like having options for TV viewing. You could stream or watch live TV. The beds weren't hard as rocks. So we got a good night's rest.

Not a fan of the TV being on one side of the room. The person in the far bed can't hear it without it being turned up high.

Comfy cozy clean and quiet place. Thankful to all the wonderful staff Savannah did a wonderful job at setting up the breakfast (Best I’ve had at a hotel). Ashley was great when checking out. Loved sharing with Kristian, new girl, and Keitha the GM. Will always stay here when we’re close to this area.

Mattress Coffee maker is not sufficient Only one trash can and there wasn't even a liner in it. There were only two facial tissues in the box so apparently it wasn't checked. Couldn't get the apps on the TV to work and no one at the desk knew anything about it to guide us. It would never take us to a place to put our login information.

Breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Love the location! Near the Highway, but not on it. We loved how quiet the hotel was in general, and we slept well!

Shower was great, but once in a while I enjoy a hot bath while traveling. It didn’t affect us this trip, but when I stay for several days, I would miss a tub. Are there any to request?

Spacious room, quiet hotel, good breakfast! Comfy beds, slept 5, friendly staff.

The bathroom door was frosted glass (facing the beds). If anyone turned the bathroom light on at night, everyone woke up. With 3 kids in tow, we were woken up quite a bit, even though they shut the door.
