Peaceful, relaxing and spacious hotel in the idyllic Mallorca countryside. Room with pool overlooking the vineyards and evening sunset. Tasty breakfast with plentiful buffet and fine dining restaurant. Room service prompt and delicious, great to eat on our private veranda at sunset. Hotel has all the amenities and not overcrowded, you have the main pool all to yourself most of the time. Didn't try the on site ebikes but look like a great option. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay. Trips out to the coastline, nearby ancient towns or countryside.

Minor point but the restaurant staff could be more attentive and check on guests whilst eating, if they need anything etc.

Very beautiful hotel and surroundings. The breakfast buffet is very good, including cava, some a la carte dishes and fresh smoothies. Amazing pool and balinese beds. The staff is helpfull and very friendly. We loved our junior suite, it’s spacious and beautifully designed. A lot of effort is put into the theme nights, which are great - especially the live music. There isn’t really much to see or do in the area where the hotel is located, but since we were looking for tranquility this was a plus for us.

The service at the pool could be expanded, it’s only a few hours per day and the wireless button service to order something doesn’t work well because of the distance. Pool area isn’t cleaned up until the next day, several days dirty glasses and dishes of other guests were only removed in the late morning.

what a superb place! perfect vacation. big and comfi bed and room, the pool was perfect, and so was breakfast, the staff was really nice and the location is exactly what we were hoping for. a bit off center, real quiet and beautiful/

needed to reserve a place for dinner every night, and had to wait until 0730 for my next morning coffee after finishing my 2 capsules in the room because its not an automated machine in an open lounge. we had a rental luckily but without a car its a bit off main city/village.

I liked the property, it was located very nicely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was located very well to reach different areas of the island.

I didn't like the restaurant. Staff didn't seem to work on the standard the restaurant was described. one of few examples - staff did not ask for the doneness of the meat or clearing the table after the courses where finished.

Breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety and quality cooked eggs, including scrambled and omelettes. Latte macchiato delicious . Staff wonderful. Setting out of this world and so peaceful.

More choices on the evening menu would have nailed it to a 10 out of ten.

It would have been nice to have a more varied menu. We ate out on three occasions because the choice would have been a bit frustrating otherwise.

Stayed in a suite for 3 nights in early April. The location and the surrounding landscape is gorgeous. The rooms are well designed and spacious. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The property has wonderful facilities for a relaxing vacation.

The sound insulation in the suites is very poor. Unfortunately at night we could hear our neighbours talking, and in the morning we could hear the sound of our neighbours alarms. I understand the structure is historical but for the price you pay, I expect perfect sound insulation.

The stuff was very nice and extremely attentive. They took care of everything we needed. The breakfast was great with decent selection and variation. We enjoyed the view into the olive and lemon trees a little away from the touristic masses.

AMAZING hotel in every way. Rooms, staff, food, pool area were outstanding. Such a relaxing resort, private and spotlessly clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Very stylish rooms/resort and outside space is very manicured. Breakfast needs a big mention, so much choice and everything was delicious! Garden/cleaning staff very friendly and do a great job. Big selection of local wines and a different special options at dinner every night. A special mention to Sonya and the managers who were very considerate and helpful. I wish I was still there now! Anyone thinking of staying here book it now! 😘😘😘

Not a dislike but If i had to be critical as a hotel of this high standard it would nice to have a smart TV with Netflix etc in the room.
