Spacious and clean room with a great bathroom and unbeatable sea view. TV had a few channels in several languages which was a nice surprise. Very varied selection for breakfast to suit many guests. Great pool with lifeguard. Helpful and friendly staff. Left luggage and use of room to shower on day of departure was really appreciated. Check out at 12 is very reasonable also. Beach towels also available. Machine to weigh luggage in the lobby was a great relief to see. Hotel really tries to provide a good service.

Very dated bedroom furniture, bed covers and extremely uncomfortable pillows, which affected my sleep. I'd have bought one if i could. Balcony furniture is also very basic. Couldn't use the bedroom drawers because of the musty smell in all of them. Need more poolside umbrellas for shade. Bit expensive with the inflated, extra cost for the sea view but worth it for the location and the great time we had.

The location of the hotel is outstanding, and the stunning beach at the end of the cove is just 30 seconds walk out of the pool area. The food was great, really tasty, and there was always plenty of choice. The chefs were attentive and brought more fresh food out constantly. Huge choice of delicious desserts too. The staff in the hotel were really friendly, especially at reception and the kids entertainment.

I saw some reviews saying the hotel was dated and whilst yes our room could do with an update soon, it was still extremely clean and functional. They are clearly aware and in the process of modernising as the reception staff asked for our feedback on the way out with regards to this and also the air conditioning (which we found to be fine). Downstairs in reception, the dining room, the bar area, and the swimming pool all looked modern and clean. If taking a slightly dated room means you can afford a hotel with this type of view/location, don't hesitate. The food and facilities are still spot on. Will happily book again.

The location can't be beat, overlooking the best(imo) cala in the Cala D'or area. The front office staff,especially Roman ,were consistently cheerful,professional and helpful during my 5-day stay. The hotel's price is a real bargain. The buffet meals (3 times a day) were very basic,but perfectly adequate,especially given the reasonable price.No-it isn't luxury by any means, and,no it wasn't "fine dining"; and I wouldn't stay here on my honeymoon-but the hotel,with the right attitude ,is excellent value.I really enjoyed my stay here. I would stay here again. Taxis are usually a big problem in Mallorca during the summer,yet there is a taxi stand 30 seconds from the hotel-and it seemed there were always a few taxis there.

For this level of hotel(3 stars) it offers excellent value. Yes,there are some dings in the baseboards,and the place needs refreshment-but the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds,modern bath fixtures,good air con.Everything works.It is NOT downtrodden ,just very basic. Wifi in my room was poor so I had to go to the lobby,where it was excellent.

The location was absolutely amazing. Good choice for breakfast. Make sure you get the room with the sea view. It changes evething.

The carpets in the halls should be changed since they are very old and they make look the hotel not in good condition. I also doubt the green carpet in the pool area.

The staff were very kind and helped me with every question I had — for that, I give 10/10. All of my requests were fulfilled. The hotel has a great location with a beautiful sea view. There’s a pool, a private bar, an entertainment program, and most importantly, a 24/7 reception desk, which is very convenient for check-in and check-out at any time. The beach is just a few meters away from the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and can rate the hotel very highly. Everything was excellent

The accommodation is basic but super clean and the most amazing view, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is just incredible

The walls are quite thin and we could hear our neighbours being intimate, loudly on one of the nights and on the last night the guests changed over in that room and they seems to be up. drinking / loudly talking all night and kept us awake - not the hotels fault just the only thing to note is that the rooms are not sound proof at all

The location is peeerfect! Hotel is a bit old, I guess that's why the price is so good for that kind of location. Basically you can jump from the terrace to the sea 🤩 We also loved the breakfast and the staff is always so nice and ready to help. Good value for money, we would come back.

Rooms and hotel overall could use some renovation, or al least the beds. The only thing that bothered us a bit were worn out beds. But still, for the price that you pay you get a good deal.

The location is great. You have Cala Ferrera at your doorstep and the views are really nice all day long. The staff were really kind and helpful all the time too. AC in the room as well

The property is pretty outdated, the windows do not shut properly so if you stay on the road side, the noise was too much for me (vehicles, not parties). The cleaning can definitely be improved- bed was ok . A bit dissapointed with some good choices at breakfast for a spanish hotel - could use better products. Not enough sun beds for people - by 9am the beds are all taken so I was not able to use the swimming pool during my stay

Staff both reception & bar were superb, always friendly and attentive at every moment. Cleaning was daily & of a high level. Food & drink choices were plentiful & of a higher than expected level. Overall our expectations were exceeded.

Rooms & corridor carpets including lift flooring could be upgraded.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, there is a path from the pool to the beach or along the rocky part which leads to various places to get in and out of the sea that are quieter than the beach. The hotel is very close to bars and restaurants with the centre being a 10/15 minute walk away and the marina a little further than that. The breakfast was varied with lots of food to choose from.

The rooms were small and quite outdated. The beds weren’t overly comfortable but they were clean and safe.
