Peaceful, quiet, clean, great staff

1. early morning wake up by a cock. Between 4:30-5am a cock in the garden the cock started crowing. Not an ideal time to wake up on a holiday 2. The last few days we got a smoking guest below our balcony- this made it much less enjoyable to stay on our balcony. Also at night the smoke could be felt in our room through the open balcony door. It would be nice to separate smokers and non smokers.

Hotel is in a great location, Apartment and grounds are clean and tidy.We had a garden room on the back and this was a little noisy from a neighbouring hotel.And as with most holiday apartments you can hear every move of any one above you, the people above us sounded like they was dragging furniture around from 7am ( but this isn't the hotels fault).We would definitely stay here again but ask for a top floor, we didn't use the pool just the sea but there didn't seem to be any sunbed issues.There is a luggage room if your room is not ready which is handy.There is also a car park at the rear which was really helpful.Staff was helpful and friendly

Noisy neighbours, and the sofa bed wasn't made up as requested. But these are very minor things

Everything was excellent. The area was very well maintained with pretty large swimming pools, plenty of relaxing chairs by the pool, billiard table and nice green grass all over. The hotel in itself was also adequately furnished with full kitchen and a nice big bathroom. The hotel is also located right at the center with plenty of options to buy souvenirs, plenty of grocery store options, plenty of free parking spots nearby, variety of restaurant / food options (also a halal doner joint just outside the resort :). The beaches were also walking distance away. So overall pretty happy.

The frying pan was a bit old so didnt use it, but apart from that everything was pretty much above expectations

Absolutely loved our stay in Azul Garden. Great value for money. In off the walk way the hotel is private while being close to everything you need. Within walking distant to all the beaches. We stayed with our 4 month old baby and booked a ground floor pool view room which was ideal! Felt part of the pool area even during naps! Very friendly staff and very clean. The whole Cala D’or is very clean. Would recommend!!

The location was excellent. The pool was large and clean (albeit cold) The apartment was clean and spacious with a small balcony too It was everything we needed.

The air conditioning didn’t work - it actually heated the room (although we didn’t ask for it to be fixed) The lift was broken throughout - this was only an issue when transferring our luggage from the room.

Really ticked all the boxes. It’s proximity to everything was terrific as we are in our late seventies. Loved pool and staff and particularly our regular girl to do up room was exceptional.

Next time I would like third floor and away from lift as with people leaving early, as we were ourselves, it tends to be a little noisy.

Everything lovely. Staff so friendly, rooms clean and functional. Nice quieter location just a stones throw from all the action. No problems getting sunloungers. Nice shady areas too in the garden. A pool you can swim around in with loads of room even in August. lovely modern gym on sister site. Food spread brilliant - loads of choices. Use of other pools and facilities overlooking beaches - 2 mins away.

Small niggles: Water could be offered on tables free for half board guests. baked beans hotplate needs turning up a tad at breakfast.

We spent a lovely week in the end of May in Azul Garden. There are about 6 pools whatt you can use in the complex. They are nice and clean. Everything is in walking distance and you can get several entertainments and exercise possibilities. The rooms were nicely cleaned 5 times a week and the towels were changed. I really recommend the breafast because the choices are amazing. It is 5 mins walk from the azul garden. We were eaing dinner and lunch in the bars and restaurants around the hotel. They were also good mainly tousristic food. The Inturotel hotel complex is a great place for families.

There are a couple of rooster in Azul Garden and some more in the area so they might wake you up in the morning. It was unusual in the first morning but in the rest of the week they haven't disturb us. It was rather entertaining to watch them.

Large complex but always enough sunbeds and seating.. it was April 2024 so off season but everything was available and on our doorstep was supermarket bars restaurants yet it was always peaceful around the complex

The Toilet facilities were quite a distance from the pool and bar area..in fact it was as quick to go back to the apartment.. would have preferred the option at the pool bar

The place is perfect for a family holiday with lots of entertainment for kids. Location was beautiful, with amazing views. Staff was very friendly and helpful and not least the food was wonderful with lots of variety from where to choose. We loved the place and we would definitely return.

The only downside would be that the actual hotel requires a bit of TLC here and there.
