Beautiful surroundings, the pool area has great views and shady sun loungers so great to relax and spend some time sunbathing and then cooling off in the pool. Fantastic honesty bar where you can pick up refreshments including wine from their own vineyard (also worth a tour and tasting from the fantastic and knowledgable team in the wine shop. Great breakfast and picturesque setting for dinner if you stay at the casa in the evenings.

The hotel is very close to a beautiful beach. We had wonderful buffet-breakfast. The reception is very helpful with everything. Colonia de Sant Jordi is also very nice town with restaurant opportunities.

Check-in can be confusing as there are two hotels and this is the additional building but you have register yourself in the reception of the main building. Car parking is expensive.

The hotel has an excellent location! Literally only a few steps from the marvelous beaches. The staff was very helpful with logistics of my late arrival and late check-out due to the plane’s schedule. The breakfast was splendid!

We loved this location. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had in Europe and Caribbean. The front desk staff was out of this world and so helpful and attended to our needs promptly. Even the maintenance man was amazing and remembered us the next day. Can't say enough about the staff. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

The shampoo could have been better and maybe some conditioner. Everything else was perfect.

I loved my room in the Casa Universal Marques. It was quiet and only a short walk from the main hotel.

Everything was great

The location was great. The room was very new and clean. Variety of breakfast and the service was excellent.

As the Villa Marquesa is managed by Universal, I believe there is so missing information for check-in. We made our online checking and booked a shuttle from the Booking, but we arrived late in the night and had to ask around where we should checking and get ours key.

Nice, clean and relaxing. Perfect to live in the Villa instead of the hotel when it's blowing and it's more privat. You can still have breakfast and use the pool at the hotel if you like. Don't miss a walk to the fantastic Es Trenc, nice walk along the cost about 2 km.

Not easy to find a parking space and not possible to book before arriving.

The location is amazing. Food selection was also good and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Haven't seen such amazing and kind people in a very long time.
