I fully expected just a room and a bathroom together, especially after reading lots of reviews on here that there wasn't even a fridge. Boy, was I mistaken! We got a full on apartment, with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a fridge and a bathroom, plus air con in every room. The room was cleaned every day (if requested by putting a sign on the door) and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job every time. I was really surprised that they even washed some of our dishes that we left. The location is lovely, there are great restaurants just a stroll away and the nearest sandy beach is really nice. Highly recommended!

The kitchen was missing a few essentials, such as a good bread knife or a corkscrew. Also, there are a few cockroaches at night, but I'm sure it's not a matter of cleanliness - there are just loads of them on the island.

Likes: The beds are ver comfortable. One of the best out of our 4 accommodations in Mallorca. We had some very good sleep while staying here. The service team is very helpful and friendly. Internal decoration and quality of the rooms are surprisingly good and well done. Air-conditioned. Not that essential for me but the kids just love it. The shore is within a stone’s throw distance and the Hostel is sort of to say, right in the middle of the small town Sa Rapita. Shore is rocky but accessible. About 500m away from the hostel is a big man made ramp where you can walk down to the sea for a dip. Nice sandy beaches about 1.2 km walk from the hostel. Ample grocery stores within walking distance. Notes: No TV which i think is a good thing. Sa Rapita is a relatively „quiet“ town in tourist terms. So do not expect much happenings into late nights. We enjoyed the time here as a family rather differently in the typical terms.

Drawbacks: No refrigerator, kettle. WiFi slow at times. No swimming pool.

- Location is phenomenal. 15min to the beach by foot. Several great restaurants directly in front of the hotel - Value for money is perfect - Rooms are always clean. New bedsheets every 2/3 days - Very nice and helpful staff - AC

Nothing! For 100€ per night, there is nothing to complain!

The hospitality of the host was first class as was the breakfast. Its a bit confusing about payment and it should be clearer on Booking site that it is an extra. The location and proximity to excellent restaraunts.

Its can be noisy when we arrived it wasxquiet but towards the end of our stay we were distracted by noise. You can clearly hear people coughing and snoring in the next rooms

Good atmosphere, nice, clean room and bathroom. AC was good. Quick check in. Fpund parking on the street easily. Lota of restaurants, shops nearby. Beach about 15 minutes walking.

You can hear the television and conversations from the next rooms pretty loudly, walls are too thin. Doors are really loud when others are coming and going. Plug for hair dryer is too short, you can barely plug it in and the socket is already broken from others forcing it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes from the busstop, 10 minutes to a sandy quality beach, 30 seconds to a line up of restaurants, and very close to multiple large grocery stores for essentials. Very modern and new hotel, great quality furnishings. Cleaners are very consistent in cleaning rooms. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Lack of kettle, no conditioning in bathroom resulting in steam. However, there is a window, but it's not fully effective in releasing steam

Everything was great — we honestly expected much less, but were pleasantly surprised! The apartment was spacious, very clean, with a large, well-equipped kitchen. The microwave didn’t work, but we didn’t need it anyway. We could park our car right in front of the apartment. There were air conditioners in every room. Thank you! We would happily come back again

Excellent location near the beach (about 10-15 minutes walking), clean cozy rooms recently renovated. A friendly supportive host who helped us with the transfer to the airport. He also offers very delicious breakfasts. We didn't want to leave this place! The beach near the hotel is very good.

Everything at Cap'n Pep was excellent! They upgraded our room (free of charge) so we ended up with a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a large kitchen, a spacious living area and a small balcony. Perfecto! There are a lot of restaurants very close by, a few little shops, and the sea/promenade is literally less than a minute down the street. Some of the best/most famous beaches of Mallorca are a 20 to 30 minute drive away. It's true that you have to drive everywhere since the Sa Ràpita beach isn't exactly top notch, however there are a few buses that go through the area. I definetly recommend staying at Cap'n Pep!

There is a possibility that i just didn't know how to turn it on (not likely) but the AC in the bedroom didn't work so it got quite warm. To be honest, it wasn't such a big deal so I didn't even "bother" the owners with it. However there was another AC unit in the living area and that one worked perfectly.
