I requested a room as high up as possible and that is exactly what I was Given. A room on the top floor 10 stories up no less. What a view!!!! The pool was so clean and so blue and fantastic for swimming full lengths. I really enjoyed swimming in it every day. Ignore the green algae pool shown on Google Earth this must have been during Covid! The room was quite adequate as were the facilities and breakfast. I great stay and a good base with lovely coastal walks in both direction. You can walk for miles and miles.

I could not find a full size spoon for the cereal at breakfast. This is my only niggle so for the money a great stay.

Location is great, incredible views from the balcony, staff is friendly and helpful, very good food and drinks. Overall, really good hotel.

Unfortunate placement of large soap dispenser and shampoo bottles next to a metal handle and metal shelf on the wall over the bathtub made the space to shower very small. Quite loud AC unit in the room, could not sleep without waking up several times every night, however the mattress was very comfy. Next door neighbours smoking on balcony even though it is not permitted any more meant we could not sleep with balcony doors open and with AC off.

The room was excellent and the cleaning staff for exceptional. I had breakfast and dinner and the food was fresh, well presented and extremely good value for money. The staff were attentive and kind.

The person in the room next to me smoked on his balcony and due to the wind from the sea the smoke kept blowing into my room. A few times I was unable to sit on my balcony.

1. Perfect location of the hotel especially for snorkeling fans. 2. Variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Desserts are just amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3. Friendly and helpful staff. 4. The water near the hotel is extremely clean and there are a lot of wishes 🐟🐠🐟

The bar - you never know how the same cocktail will be prepared next time 🙁 For example, the first time "mojito" was perfect, the next day it was made without mint. "Pina colada" was served in a glass for juice and a barman tries to convince you that it's OK, but if you order the same cocktails again and again during your stay you definitely know how it should look and taste.

Food, view, service, pool, cleaning service Food- was excellent! Thanks to chef(grill), which is friendly and responsive. The seconds person, a woman was always upset. View- beautiful, but in photos from Booking.com, the sea looks turquoise, but it’s just photoshop. Service- girls from bar are very nice and at reception I complained about shampoo and shower and it was fixed very quickly. Pool- saved our stay here. The entrance to sea is dangerous if you can’t swim. Cleaning service- great! Thank you a lot!!

Es trenc is very far!! Without car, I don’t recommend this hotel as “near the most wonderful beach“. With bike it’s also far, and very tiring. Bed- it’s horrible. We can’t sleep because it creaks. We slept both on a single bed. no iron in this hotel!!!!

They have a lot of staff, especially in restaurant and people working there are lovely. They are hardworking professionals who always welcome their guests with a smile on their face. Food was good with a lot of options to choose from. Room was cleaned daily. Neighbourhood is pleasant, not a party place.

I had one bad experience during check in where I paid in my local currency and ended up paying 100e more for a room just for the exchange rate, but this one is more on Booking since I was hoping they will process the payment where I already selected no conversion option and gave my credit card info. There was nothing hotel could do, at least that's what they told me. Receptionist instructed me to check with her supervisor next day, which I saw as a lack of ownership, but all in all I took it as my fault. Other than that everything was great. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

This place was incredible! I got room 1003 on the top floor of the hotel (10th). I entered the room and as soon as I pulled back the curtain, I was blown away by the view I had!! It was PERFECT! The balcony overlooks directly onto the sea and honestly it was so relaxing listening to waves of the sea. I was hoping I would get a room that was facing the sunset and I got exactly that. Loved it! There is a fridge in the room and also a kettle to make tea/coffee. I didn't hear much surrounding noise which was great, just the sound of the waves, the room felt so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast here was exceptional too and included in my price. All you can eat mixture of choices (eggs, bacon, pastries, cold cuts, juices, fresh fruit etc.). There is also a pool at the hotel with lovely sun loungers to relax on and enjoy a cocktail. The area is fantastic! There is a boardwalk (just next to the hotel) that goes all along the coast. One direction can bring you towards el trenc beach which you access by walking along the beaches before it. The other direction will bring to the port and there is also a lovely beach down that direction. Both beaches were amazing, lovely white sand and crystal clear blue waters.

Great view from the room over the sea. Sunset view from the balcony overlooking the sea (and the hotel pool). Room itself was good, clean, comfortable, quiet. Large bathroom. I had the dinner included (for a cheap upgrade). It's a hotel resort so you know what to expect (large groups, not particulary charming, very comfortable, etc.). Fridge in the room. Easy to park next to the hotel but might be much more difficult in high season. Very good price in low season (in may).

Although I had dinner included package, they would not include drinks, even water! One needs to pay for simply drinking water during dinner. That's cheap. I hope they will change their policy here. Also I'm not sure water from the tap is drinkable (some would say yes some would say no, so go figure). They do provide one bottle in the room though.

I loved that the hotel was right on the beach on three sides of the property meaning that every room had a sea view. I was given a room on the 9th floor on the main entrance side of the hotel, looking out towards islands in the distance and could hear the which was sea amazing! The hotel staff were fantastic and very attentive especially Joanna on reception and Jordi the animation master who was always upbeat everyday enthusing the guests to have fun. The staff in both the restaurant and bar were lovely taking good care of everyone and the choice of food was plentiful and very tasty. I would love to go back with beaches like Es Trenc close by to walk to who would want more.

Just that the rooms could do with a bit of an update plus the soundproofing between rooms were a little thin though whilst trying to recover from the covid pandemic I can understand if any refurb right now is difficult financially.

Good facilities and good price. Friendly staff. Jordi, the activities manager, was particularly excellent. Pool was good and easy to go swimming in the sea. Area felt a little remote versus the rest of the island but there was a lovely walk by the shore line.

No free drinking water at lunch or dinner which I am not sure is legal any more in Spain! Air con wasn't very good in the room My key card malfunctioned multiple times a day, requiring me to go back and forth to reception repeatedly. That was annoying and despite a maintenance request, nothing was ever done.
