This was our 5th year (could not stay due to Covid restrictions 20/21) we have stayed at Universal Cabo Blanco and we will be booking again next year for our 6th visit. The hotel is lovely, beautiful location, very clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast is amazing so much choice and very fresh. The outside, clean sunbeds and lovely environment. The groundsman work very hard on keeping the environment (plants and terrace) in tip top condition. The pool is amazing no chemicals and very clean. Finally the Staff they are all amazing !!! So friendly, can always have a bit of a laugh with them. Always around to help you with anything. The Club Sandwich on the lunch menu my favourite !!

There is nothing myself and my friend didn't like.

It’s so clean, free filtered water, stunning views, comfy sun loungers which you don’t have to fight over as there’s plenty, THE FOOD!!! (if you’re vegetarian or vegan then there are so many options and they are all amazing), the staff are so friendly, the bed was comfy, the showers good with included toiletries and location next to the sea

There’s a public path which runs alongside where the sun loungers are which means even though it’s adult only there are quite a few children around but it didn’t bother us at all

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea. Air condition was so quiet you could hardly hear it. There was a (Nespresso) coffee machine, a fridge, a safe and plenty of closet space. The room is not big but is more than enough for two people. The bathroom was spacious and had enough shelf space to put all your things on. Very clean and in good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone greets you with an "hola" and a big smile. We got help with booking a transfer to the airport for our son who was staying at another hotel - this was very much appreciated and worked very well. Breakfast has everything you can think of and the terrace overlooking the sea is a beatiful place to have your breakfast or dinner or a snack. We had only booked the room with breakfast but we could chose to have dinner day by day and we did this once. It was very good. Every other night or so there were live music (small bands and individuals), very tasteful music and performances and very pleasant to listen to over an after-dinner drink. If you don't like the performance there are different spots in the hotel where you can be instead. The rooms are absolutely quiet and we could not hear a thing.

If I really have to find something it was the soap which I didn't like so much. But it was no problem as we had our own soap with us ;-)

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast is amazing - a huge selection plus items cooked to order as well. The restaurant and lobby area are beautifully finished and kept impeccably clean, as is the pool area. Lovely promenade to walk along right on the doorstep as well.

The property was lovely.. The views and Sunset were amazing. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and sea area. The rooms were well appointed and had enough storage even though small.

Parking in the area is a little tricky. It would be nice if the hotel had parking or a valet service of some kind.

I loved the gorgeous view from the room and from the various sun beds. Total serene beauty. I loved that you could walk along the coastal path for most of the length of the town and there was a beautiful, quiet beach nearby. The sunsets are unbeatable. The staff if very helpful and the facilities are great. Breakfast was tasty.

Nothing.

First, the scenery of the hotel, in the balcony can see the sea really feel very comfortable and cozy. Next is the hotel staff, very enthusiastic, but also recommended us the food around the hotel, very responsible. The hotel breakfast is also very good, while watching the scenery and enjoying the food is really very happy. It is the first choice for travel and vacation!!!

An absolute gem of a find in a beautiful, peaceful location. The decor, cleanliness, food quality (and range) and peaceful facilities were exactly what we wanted for a small weekend break. Enrique, Fadma, Montse, Maria, Oumiame and Magdelena were all so very attentive, friendly and helpful with lovely personalities - they all deserve a special mention along with the chefs who made our stay perfect - thank you all. A lovely, cooling pool and quality sun-loungers allowed us to relax and just watch the world go by - excellent!!

The only thing that if we had to be critical about would be that it was absolutely scorching when we were there and some fans in the roof of the sun terrace would have made dining in the evening a bit more comfortable - something that could be easily added I guess? The rooms were a little smaller than we would have liked, but they were clean, quiet and perfectly attired. Believe me when I say these are only minor criticisms and the hotel, team and location was perfect!!

In the dinners (that were included in the fare) they charge 4 € still water that is refilled. - lunch menu has only a couple of dishes, the service is very slow, recommend to have lunch in other restaurants near the hotel.
