This was our 5th year (could not stay due to Covid restrictions 20/21) we have stayed at Universal Cabo Blanco and we will be booking again next year for our 6th visit. The hotel is lovely, beautiful location, very clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast is amazing so much choice and very fresh. The outside, clean sunbeds and lovely environment. The groundsman work very hard on keeping the environment (plants and terrace) in tip top condition. The pool is amazing no chemicals and very clean. Finally the Staff they are all amazing !!! So friendly, can always have a bit of a laugh with them. Always around to help you with anything. The Club Sandwich on the lunch menu my favourite !!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It’s right on the beach, which made the whole stay feel like a dream. The breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and served with a beautiful view. The staff were all very kind and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. The Primavera bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, and from there you’re well connected to all the calas in the area. If you're up for a walk, Es Trenc beach is about 30 minutes away on foot—and totally worth it! Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-located stay by the sea.

It’s so clean, free filtered water, stunning views, comfy sun loungers which you don’t have to fight over as there’s plenty, THE FOOD!!! (if you’re vegetarian or vegan then there are so many options and they are all amazing), the staff are so friendly, the bed was comfy, the showers good with included toiletries and location next to the sea

There’s a public path which runs alongside where the sun loungers are which means even though it’s adult only there are quite a few children around but it didn’t bother us at all

Unique venue with beautiful views over the seaside and rocks. The hotel is finely furnished with great concept that allows most of the rooms to have a direct view of the sea.

Being an hotel thought to be for holidays, it lacks of some usual facilities for those who are in Colonia Saint Jordi for other reasons like desk, writing kit, curtains that do not let the light in, coffee capsule not free, lack of a kettle, etc

Lovely room with a beautiful view of the sea. Air condition was so quiet you could hardly hear it. There was a (Nespresso) coffee machine, a fridge, a safe and plenty of closet space. The room is not big but is more than enough for two people. The bathroom was spacious and had enough shelf space to put all your things on. Very clean and in good condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone greets you with an "hola" and a big smile. We got help with booking a transfer to the airport for our son who was staying at another hotel - this was very much appreciated and worked very well. Breakfast has everything you can think of and the terrace overlooking the sea is a beatiful place to have your breakfast or dinner or a snack. We had only booked the room with breakfast but we could chose to have dinner day by day and we did this once. It was very good. Every other night or so there were live music (small bands and individuals), very tasteful music and performances and very pleasant to listen to over an after-dinner drink. If you don't like the performance there are different spots in the hotel where you can be instead. The rooms are absolutely quiet and we could not hear a thing.

If I really have to find something it was the soap which I didn't like so much. But it was no problem as we had our own soap with us ;-)

Amazing, friendly staff, excellent location walking distance to restaurants, and views of a stunning sunset. Easy access to the sea, short walk to a sandy beach.

Only a sheet on the bed as was very hot but would have liked the option for a more weighted duvet. Other than that it was all great!

The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The breakfast is amazing - a huge selection plus items cooked to order as well. The restaurant and lobby area are beautifully finished and kept impeccably clean, as is the pool area. Lovely promenade to walk along right on the doorstep as well.

The property was lovely.. The views and Sunset were amazing. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool and sea area. The rooms were well appointed and had enough storage even though small.

Parking in the area is a little tricky. It would be nice if the hotel had parking or a valet service of some kind.

Perfect stay. Clean room, comfortable bed, and all essentials provided. The client service was responsive and professional. Location and room views are incredible. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Definitely a true 4-star experience, exceeding expectations.

Breakfast could be better when compared with other similar priced hotels in Majorca. Also, superior rooms don’t have the sunset profile, the standard rooms do - keep in mind when booking.
