Room was lovely, clean and beds were very comfortable. Food was excellent. Lots of choice, fresh and delicious. Location was fabulous.

Having to pay to reserve sunbeds was very disappointing. The fact that people could reserve sunbeds for a week in advance and not use them is very frustrating and wrong on the hotel. There could be a much fairer way of allocating the sunbeds and I feel that charging for them is awful when you are already paying premium prices to stay there. Also.. paying for water with dinner is disgusting, the charge for a bottle of water that is clearly filled from a tap is so very wrong.

The location was amazing! Hotel was clean, looks fairly newly renovated.

The rooms are small but plenty of enough room still unpack and settle in. The beds were the only negative. Could feel the springs and compared to how high end the property seemed the mattresses were not up to the same standard. I would go back again a hundred time though.

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The hotel offers all the facilities you need for a great holiday. My personal highlights were the breakfast, the pool, and the restaurant at lunchtime. There’s also a buffet option for dinner, but without a doubt the beachfront setting is the hotel’s strongest point.

The room décor could use a refresh, as it feels somewhat dated. The mattress was also quite firm, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. Although it’s listed as a four-star hotel, in my view it leans closer to three. Still, the fantastic location is without a doubt what helps it uphold its standard.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the beach and shops, with parking available nearby – although there aren’t many spaces, it’s still possible to find one. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they speak English, German, and Italian. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The hotel is very clean, with regular room cleaning, and the rooms are nicely furnished. Even if you don’t book a sea-view room, you still get a beautiful view from the window.

My Personal experience of Paradise – 10/10 Stay! This review is based on my own personal experience at Universal Hotel Marqués, where I stayed for a full week — and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best holidays I’ve ever had. As it was still early in the season, the hotel, town, and beaches were beautifully quiet and peaceful — just how I like it. Reception: From the moment I arrived until the day I left, the reception staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I had a minor personal issue with my original room, and when I requested a change the following morning, it was sorted without hesitation. I paid a small cleaning fee for the room switch, which was absolutely fine by me. The team was amazing and truly made my stay unforgettable. The Rooms: Walking into the room, you're welcomed by a bright, airy space, tastefully and minimally decorated. I had a double room with a large balcony — perfect for soaking up the Mallorcan sun and sea air. The bed was super comfortable, although I didn’t spend too much time lying in it — too much to enjoy! The shower room was spacious, with a decent shower (easily big enough for two) and good storage for clothes. Overall, the room made for a very comfortable stay. The Restaurant: I only had breakfast included initially, planning to eat out in town for dinner. However, after seeing the dinner buffet on the first night, I chose to eat at the hotel every evening. The variety was impressive — not much change day-to-day, but so many options that you wouldn't need to repeat a dish in a week. Mostly healthy choices, too, with plenty for kids. The restaurant staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and offering top service every time. The Location: Perfect for a beach holiday, but also ideal if you're into outdoor activities. I noticed lots of sporty people around — cyclists, runners, hikers, and swimmers (there’s an Olympic-sized pool nearby).

Great polite customer service , from reception to the bar staff, really polite and friendly and proffesional ! Mostly clean and confortable rooms View is just amazing (we had delux room on 6th floor with sea view) Breakfast is one of the best ever, tons of choices and good quality food and drinks Locations is great either you want beach or walk to city Parking was free along side of road where was not problem to park at least not in february

Bit of mould on roof above bed (not too much but had to be fixed its lowering rate of this great room. Plus it hasnt been cleaned that good but overall its acceptable. (It happens) Climate didnt work even if its february in room was only hot air (plus sun was hitting room which made extra hot/less breathable inside) and pretty much without fresh air / only option was to keep balcony doors opet but it was too windy.

Location was excellent even though we were there in Late october & everywhere around was closed.

We requested a sea view room that we were charged €80 extra for - when i got to the room it was not a full sea view it was half street half sea view so after paying €80upgrade the next morning i requested to move to another room with a full seaview looking out to sea & I was charged an extra €40 to clean the room we first received also access to the beach is very tricky as you have to walk along an eroded pathway and cling onto the wall

Excellent location right on the sea, beautiful view on the beach. Access to the beach right from the hotel with just a few steps. Very good breakfast, big buffet with a very wide selection of salty and sweet foods, fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs and pancakes.

When we arrived we were given a room on the 1st floor right above where the deliveries are made early in the morning, needless to say that was not a nice way to wake up. Fortunately after complaining we were given another room the next day, this time on the 3rd floor and above the pool (which closes at 8pm) - excellent. There was no curtesy set in the room... no shower cap, no body lotion, never seen that in a 4 star hotel!

Amazing localization, the best you can get in the whole island - right away at the sea with a view on Es Trenc. You leave the hotel and you have two steps to the sea. Breakfast with many options that will satisfy everybody. Big plus is that it's a breakfast with a sea view on a terrace if you wish with a spectacular view on Es Trenc. There is access to fresh drinking water on each floor and entrance so you can refill your bottle any time you want, which is great.

Be aware of no hotel parking, but there are street places to park around.Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable but very simple, do not expect much.Room with a sea view does not equal a room with a view to Es Trenc - there are rooms with a sea view on an opposite site.Weird situation at hotel pool - all the sun beds had a card with a reservation room number which meant all of them were extra paid by rooms and booked even for 2 weeks - so there was no empty sun bed to sit down - even though there were no people in the pool!!
