The design and the concept of the hotel. Adults only. Great breakfast. Location close to the beach. Free water supply. And practical things we could borrow in the room for the beach and for the entertainment. The reception was running smoothly.

Just details. I had to wait a long time for my coffee in the morning. I couldn't find my favorite running sock after one cleaning. My room was on the first floor overlooking the roof of the restaurant. It was obvious that the hotel is still finding its own rhythm.

Everything was nice, new and clean, I arrived on the second day the hotel was open at all. Good food at the NENI, nice rooms, all facilities you might need during the stay.

The service staff, although there were quite many actually, looked like they’ve never even seen a restaurant or a bar, let alone worked at one. Everything took multiple asking and a lot of time and patience. But I guess that’s something that will settle down over time, they were all new and it was their first week there…

The hotel has a great design, food is super good, location is very calm and perfect for a down time. I would recommend adding some charging spots for electric cars in the hotel. The rooms are very small in my opinion, the bed takes most of the space and there is limited storage space. Besides, the hotel is very very nice. Also I would recommend clarifying there is another hotel with the same name, we made the mistake to drive to the other hotel in the other side of the island to find out that we had our booking in the other one

The hotel property itself was amazing. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and functionality of the overall decor and aesthetic of the hotel which made it feel very upscale and premium vs some of it's neighbours. The pool/beach was also great. We were a little worried about the rocky beach, but it made for excellent swimming. Always a wide variety of beach chairs available at all times (we never had to worry about waking up early in order to get a space. Also, they offered a wide variety of activities like yoga and paddle board rentals which was a nice touch and we definitely made the most of it!

Due to the hotel being brand new, we ran into a number of issues with the staff not being well trained and proficient with their job. We had one lunch in the restaurant of the hotel, where it took 15 minutes before someone even brought us a menu (and we had to go ask), then another 20 or so minutes before our orders were taken. We even had drinks we ordered just not show up, and still found them on our bill after the fact. Though this was an issue, the manager was quick to apologise and remove all of our drinks from the bill without us even having to really complain. My suggestion to management would be to really focus of the training of the staff as it was really the only draw back to our stay.

Lots of space and well decorated. Beds and rooms are comfortable and lots of extra touches. Staff are lovely and the food at neni is very good. Free bikes are great fun but not always kept Charged. Would benefit from a map of suggested cycle routes to take.

Parking is on a disused tennis court and gets very full. There was a lot of debris and litter around the parking so need to be careful with the tyres. The ramp needs work as is broken and as there are no lines people do not park considerately / try to squeeze in. The breakfast is not up to par with the prices charged. We often came down to cold breakfast even though we were there very early. The selection available and presentation need to be better for breakfast as it lets the place down.

Room was very well equipped with everything you may need, shower essentials, coffee machine, glasses, charging spots, beach bag, beach games and other essentials. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was simply amazing with lots of variety and everything in high quality. One of the best products I have ever seen for a breakfast. The staff is very friendly and careful. I loved their service. The pool area is incredibly well designed with all you may require for a relaxing stay.

The room was very small for the price we paid. However it compensated a bit that the bed was very tall and we were able to put things under it. The room required continuous air refreshment since a bad smell was coming from the shower drain which I very much disliked. Saw some other reviews about this issue and apparently has not been fixed. Although we announced we arrive for the honeymoon and the location told us they will arrange something for us in reality at arrival we had arranged a postcard with happy anniversary. While I was looking to buy a bottle of something from them, the receptionist had no idea on the products nor the prices, therefore we end up getting 2 beers. It could have been better.

Staff was great! Love all the little extras they leave in your room like games to play, a sun hat and sunscreen and a reusable water bottle that you can fill at their water stations rather then spending money on bottled water. You can use electric bikes or paddle boards for free. The breakfast is great and they have a great on-site restaurant. The bar staff made great cocktails. Lots of sunbeds that look out over the gorgeous ocean. You can see sunset right from the pool ocean area every night. Great spot to dive into the ocean and a nice walk way along ocean to explore what's near by. Overall great place.

I wish they had a second restaurant in case you can't get a reservation at the only one they have. I saw this happen alot. At the out door bar there should be two bartenders to make things go faster also we ordered a frozen drink a few times, it was different every time depending on who made it. Doesn't seem all staff has the same training there. Over all though was a great experience.

Beautifully decorated, the design is very well thought even to small details. Staff is friendly, amazing yoga studio with sunset view. Concept of free usage of paddle boards, bikes etc is really an attractive point. Amazing breakfast, especially the local almond cake.

Water - usually I’d advocate for your concept of giving guests tumblers to refill, but - the tap water, even the filtered one, is very salty so it’s best to provide bottled water. Restaurant was busy, and even trying to sign up early morning didn’t work, this was very disappointing.

Great style, clean and lots of different options for seating outside. The free yoga class was really worth going to, the teacher was friendly and very knowledgeable, the electric bikes were great to explore the area and the restaurant and staff were great too. All in all a wonderful hotel and I would definitely recommend.

I found the bed a little hard

Staff were so friendly and relaxed. Easy to rent bikes and paddle boards. Lovely bar and relaxation facilities. Brilliant sauna.
