Stylish, modern design, finally we have found something which looks and feels as 21 century, not 80-s of the previous one. The restaurant gives you the feeling of a “restaurant”, not a canteen. Brilliant staff! Absolutely outstanding, especially in the bar! Good quality furniture in the room and on the balcony, we really enjoyed staying in the room. Amazing quality of beach towels (and such a nice colour) and towels in general! Picturesque beach bar with good food - the views on the bay are breathtaking (take grilled calamari and vanilla milkshake!) Modern SPA - saunas are really good (but don’t expect too much from massage, it’s a very light relaxation massage, nothing more).

Neither breakfast nor dinner don’t correspond with the price tag - nothing bad, almost everything we tried was tasty, but from price you pay you expect much more. I have seen better quality and variety in cheaper 4-stars on Mallorca. Some of my favourite meat and cheese specialties were missing and I come to Mallorca each year to enjoy them Especially weird was “vegetarian dinner”, come on, if I want to eat greens I would probably go to Bali, not to Spain

we liked that the hotel is situated beside a small sandy cove with crystal clear water. the staff were all very friendly, cheerful and welcoming. the food is buffet style with good extras eg sushi night. the room was very clean and had a safe and shower was good.

Didn’t realise that hotel is situated with a large very crowded resort. The room was a little on small side. The toilet that had been set very high on wall. I am quite tall and had to sit on it with tip toes! if you have neighbours that sit on their balconies smoking from early until late evening the smell came straight into room when balcony door was open. no extra pillows. had to ask for dressing gown and slippers from Reception which were included in room price, felt these should have already been in the room. jacuzzi in spa did not work.

Our stay was perfect ! the staff were excellent ! especially the Manager Miguel he went above and beyond to help us with a situation unrelated to the hotel . I couldn’t have managed without he’s help it was late at night and he went out of his way to help us! Honestly what an amazing man and hotel he would be an asset for any business ! I was blown away by his kindness and professionalism. You will enjoy every minute of your stay at this hotel the staff were exceptional and the cleanliness was spot on! The food the location everything was perfect! Thankyou for a wonderful stay at your hotel!!

Location and the beach bar. Staff are friendly.

Water should be replaced daily. A lot of rules, this is fine but make them clear on arrival so we aren’t being told several times about issues. Doesn’t give you a welcome feeling! When the manager called to say no towels on the balcony, he could have conveyed the message in a more friendly way. For this sort of money I would just expect a little bit more than the hotel offer. Nightlife is very poor.

The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and crystal-clear water. The hotel features modern designs and well-equipped showers, which added to our comfort. The food was also very good. However, we found the service from the waiting staff to be lacking. On several occasions, staff members were overheard discussing personal matters near guest tables, and their manner was not always polite or attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has easy access to public transport, with a bus station nearby. We originally planned a 4-night stay but chose to move to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. While the hotel has many positives, I would be hesitant to consider it for a longer stay unless service improves.

Staff

This hotel is so nice, smells great wherever you go! The spa is very nice (2 saunas, one small pool, showers), also has a gym you can use 24/7. There are two outdoor pools (one smaller in “the chill zone” and one bigger). The very popular Sa Cala beach club is right across the street from the hotel and you can exclusively use their pool area as a guest of the hotel, which also has a separate exit to the sea. The hotel is right across the very nice beach Esmeralda (that is often crowded though). And the food! This was the best food that I have ever had in a hotel so far in my life! We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, the food was always amazing and there was a large variety of dishes every night. We stayed for 7 nights and every night there were new dishes to choose from, it is impossible to be hungry if you choose a half board in this hotel! The desserts were also amazing; every night different cakes and sweets, a large variety of fresh fruit (especially in the morning). Regarding location, you can walk (about 15-20 min) to the center of the town where all the restaurants and bars are :) All in all: I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you’re in Mallorca!

Everything was great!

We really enjoyed the variety of food offered each evening—it was always fresh and never repetitive. Breakfast was consistently delicious as well. The highlight of our stay was definitely the location, with three beautiful pools and direct access to the sea. It truly made the experience exceptional.

While the staff were generally friendly, service during dinner and breakfast sometimes felt a bit uncoordinated. It would have helped if servers were assigned to specific sections, as we often found ourselves unsure of whom to ask for drink orders—and it was occasionally difficult to get someone’s attention. We also noticed that tables ordering alcohol seemed to receive quicker service, which left us feeling slightly overlooked at times. The rooms were nicely designed and comfortable, but the cleanliness could have been better. Upon check-in, we noticed some dust and hairs on the floor, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, we occasionally found breakfast cutlery that wasn’t properly cleaned.

The breakfast was pretty good. Coffee machines took ages and were slow, may be could have had filter coffee for the table. The lunch as Sa Cala was also very good and the staff in particular Mariann on reception were so friendly and helpful.

The whole sunbed run is a bit of a pain. We decided to sunbathe around the main pool, where there wasn’t too much of a bun-fight for beds in the morning. However you are there to relax not have to set your alarm to get a sunbed. Why can’t you choose or book your sunbed location (even for a fee). I also like To have the option to change your half board meal at night to lunchtime. This hotel doesn’t offer this and we now look for this as we want to go and sample restaurants in the area (there are many in Cala D’or) at night.

Second year we have stayed at this fantastic hotel!

The bed, pillows and blankets were magical. We enjoyed it very much.

I was literally pissed off by the fact that you can't smoke anywhere on the property. This is incomprehensible to me as there are no children in the hotel at all. Disappointment also became that on the beach came a huge number of families with children and on the beach was very noisy, crowded and little space. For some reason the beach restaurant worked on a stupid schedule from 10 to 16 and we could not sit there when we wanted, for example, early in the morning or at sunset. Smoking was also not allowed in the restaurant, which made us uncomfortable.
