Stylish, modern design, finally we have found something which looks and feels as 21 century, not 80-s of the previous one. The restaurant gives you the feeling of a “restaurant”, not a canteen. Brilliant staff! Absolutely outstanding, especially in the bar! Good quality furniture in the room and on the balcony, we really enjoyed staying in the room. Amazing quality of beach towels (and such a nice colour) and towels in general! Picturesque beach bar with good food - the views on the bay are breathtaking (take grilled calamari and vanilla milkshake!) Modern SPA - saunas are really good (but don’t expect too much from massage, it’s a very light relaxation massage, nothing more).

Neither breakfast nor dinner don’t correspond with the price tag - nothing bad, almost everything we tried was tasty, but from price you pay you expect much more. I have seen better quality and variety in cheaper 4-stars on Mallorca. Some of my favourite meat and cheese specialties were missing and I come to Mallorca each year to enjoy them Especially weird was “vegetarian dinner”, come on, if I want to eat greens I would probably go to Bali, not to Spain

we liked that the hotel is situated beside a small sandy cove with crystal clear water. the staff were all very friendly, cheerful and welcoming. the food is buffet style with good extras eg sushi night. the room was very clean and had a safe and shower was good.

Didn’t realise that hotel is situated with a large very crowded resort. The room was a little on small side. The toilet that had been set very high on wall. I am quite tall and had to sit on it with tip toes! if you have neighbours that sit on their balconies smoking from early until late evening the smell came straight into room when balcony door was open. no extra pillows. had to ask for dressing gown and slippers from Reception which were included in room price, felt these should have already been in the room. jacuzzi in spa did not work.

Water should be replaced daily. A lot of rules, this is fine but make them clear on arrival so we aren’t being told several times about issues. Doesn’t give you a welcome feeling! When the manager called to say no towels on the balcony, he could have conveyed the message in a more friendly way. For this sort of money I would just expect a little bit more than the hotel offer. Nightlife is very poor.

The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and crystal-clear water. The hotel features modern designs and well-equipped showers, which added to our comfort. The food was also very good. However, we found the service from the waiting staff to be lacking. On several occasions, staff members were overheard discussing personal matters near guest tables, and their manner was not always polite or attentive. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and has easy access to public transport, with a bus station nearby. We originally planned a 4-night stay but chose to move to another hotel for the remainder of our trip. While the hotel has many positives, I would be hesitant to consider it for a longer stay unless service improves.

Second year we have stayed at this fantastic hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for us wherever they could. The location is great for the beach and surrounding areas. Entertainment provided in the evenings was also exceptional and really made a huge difference.

Despite having a wonderful stay, there are a few things I feel could be done to make the hotel 10/10: - provide guests with an overview of the food for the week, for example one night was vegetarian night and we did not know, another night was sushi night and reception never mentioned the ‘set’ evenings which of course, limits what some people can and can’t eat. - extraction and ventilation in the rooms is really poor, lots of condensation of which you can’t get rid of after a shower and even with the balcony door wide open. The rooms are tiled and when wet becoming incredibly slippery, potentially a problem if you are slightly older with less mobility and balance. - not enough sun loungers for capacity of the hotel, could really with a lot more.

Staff all so welcoming and friendly. Amazing location really clean! Great choices on buffet menus a lot better than most hotels. Amazing shower! Beautiful sea view from our room! Loved the extra touches with free local wine and olive oil left as a greeting present in the room! Along with a tote bag and purse. Champagne on arrival and available everyday at breakfast for no extra cost! Offered us an early breakfast on the day we checked out. Lovely stay we will be back! :)

The only thing we could criticise was they didn't have aircon working as we stayed in April so I guess they feel it's not hot enough to be needed. Also the see through bathroom/toilet door maybe not ideal for new couples!

Hotel was lovely, beach was fabulous, spa was great, perfect for a few days to chill out. The staff were also very nice and helpful.

The buffet dinner and breakfast and lack of fresh coffee were all a bit disappointing. The food was good quality, but a buffet night after night is quite off-putting, especially because the drinks person was quite pushy about selling drinks. Also, the plates kept getting taken from the table, so it all felt rushed rather than a nice meal in the morning or evening. We had checked in electronically, but there was a big fuss when we arrived at the hotel, and it took about 30 mins to check in despite having checked in already!

Great location, opposite the beach and beach bar. The food at the breakfast & dinner buffet was excellent; tons of choice. Plenty of seating areas throughout the day. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Room: Air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room, even though we raised with reception multiple times. Our room was much warmer than our parents room. Pool: Would recommend hotel staff remove towels from sun loungers if not in use after an hour or so, to allow others a sun lounger. Often, people left towels down all day, even if not there for hours. Room: Surprised to see smoking available on the room balconies when such close proximity.

This place is incredible. From the location to the small details when it comes to customer service. The food variety and quality everyday from breakfast to dinner was impressive also. We were very happy with our stay here, facing the beach and the amazing surroundings of this paradise. Special thanks to Marian, Tony and Sonia, but extended to the whole crew who looked after us. We hope to come back!
