From the start you're greeted by the friendly staff, the hotel is in secure grounds right by the Cala, and the rooms are a nice size, with comfortable firm beds. What's special about this hotel is the restaurant... Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner were all amazing, with so many choices in the buffet. We stayed there 6 nights and each lunch and dinner service was different. There was also plenty of choice for my vegan partner. Having extensive travel through Europe and the US, this is without doubt, the best restaurant buffet service I've experienced.

Fantastic German hotel with a superb location in between Cala Serena and Cala Ferrara beaches - also only a short walk/drive to Cala D’or. Brilliant sports facilities including tennis, padel, football, golf, beach volleyball, cycling, gym and many more! Really friendly staff and the room was very comfortable too. Also the food was great throughout my trip. Really enjoyed my stay!

The staff was very helpful, the facilities are good. The food was good and varied each day.

The cleanliness in the common areas could be improved - e.g. the alleys between the buildings are full of birdshit, it looks like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Swimming in the sea is rather dangerous, as boats go back and forth right in the bay where people swim - you basically swim in between boats. A lady was almost hit by a boat as she was swimming, an incident avoided only because people on the shore saw what was going to happen and started waving to the boat to stop moving. The hotel / local authorities should not allow boats to come so close, or at least designate some boat-free areas. We would have liked to have some Spanish food in the buffet (paella, traditional tapas, etc).

This is a very good 4 star resort / the food and staff were excellent

For a resort that caters for a worldwide market to have no English speaking to channels was very disappointing - bring iPad etc

Tennis coach ( Oliver) was super!

The resort was lovely- reception staff were unhelpful, surly and didnt follow up on any request. Anna the head of guest relations was lovely but the rest of the front of house staff were lacking in courtesy.

I made several requests before arriving none of which were carried out. The room on the lower ground floor smelt of damp and was very unpleasant for your children. I had to escalate matters with the head of guest relations who totally understood the complaint and i was given 150 euros compensation but was told to pick this up with booking.com upon my return.
