Everything was perfect except the cockroach incident

The way they dealt with the cockroach situation. They should be trained for this and respond immediately with spray etc, there's a common protocol for these type of situations in the hospitality world especially on islands where this can happen anytime. Instead they let us sit outside for 30 minutes and then told us it's okay to sleep with a cockroach in the room as they are harmless... That's not okay. Luckily we could sleep in another room in the end and the next day they sorted it but this should have been managed better.

Fantastic location - a 3 min walk to the nearest beach and promenade. Food was incredible - a huge selection catering for all needs, and pool bar food delicious. Pool area was amazing - lovely pool, clean and spacious. Rooms big and airy. Staff extremely kind, polite and accommodating. Entertainment - every evening there was something for the kids 7.30-8.30pm (mini disco, face painting etc.). It was fantastic! Ours kids loved it (ages 3&6). Most evenings there was entertainment after the kids stuff had finished.

Minor one but our kids got pool toe. We’d never heard of this before but I think it was from the shallow part of the pool where the surface wasn’t tiled and was a bit rough. Met so many families with kids who had the same. Bit weird.

The hotel is close to beach about 3-5min walk. You can choose either the main beach or you can walk extra few minutes to get to other beaches. Everything is very close. There is a nice walk around the beach which ends up with the lighthouse. There are plenty of other beaches within 10-20min drive including the famous one like Moro. The hotel is very OK the room is spacious. Cleaining very day. The beds are OK we were traveling with 2 kids and also for them sleeping in the living living room was OK. The pool is very nice there are actually 3 pool in the teritorry. Beach bar very convinient and for moderate prices: Hugo 7 EUR, Sandwich 7 EUR. Half board OK variety of food even though you have to pay the drinks at the dinner but it is OK. THere is always some evening program for the kids, the area is big enough. We were very satisfied and we will come back.

The hotel has so many positive things, first of all, staff- everyone was super nice and helpful. Food was just amazing, so many different choices and excellent quality. Location was also perfect, less than 5 minute walk from the hotel to the beautiful clean sandy beach. Hotel was really clean, especially the pool area. Snack bar was also very nice. We could borrow the towels for the pool and beach which was also very helpful. And what I also appreciated was that they arranged for us transfer from the airport for very acceptable fee 60-70 euro one way. Hotel staff also helped us with renting the car so we could take some trips around the island.

I would appreciate if the kids area was little renovated. What I missed was a little area for my 1 year old child. The one that is in the hotel was rather designed for older kids.

Rooms were huge, ours was on the ground floor next to the pools which was very handy with 2 young kids. Food was incredible, both various and tasty every day. Service was amazing too, the cleaning person even washed dishes in our room for which we were particularly grateful. Mini disco after dinner was very much enjoyed by our toddler. Nice and quiet hotel, short walk to the beach & restaurants. Would love to come back.

Kids club facilitator was sweet but could be more engaging with the kids during the morning sessions.

Nice stay in a hotel with very friendly and helpfull staff including people working in the restaurant. They are the soul of the place. Location is perfect quite near to the beach. One pair of beds and pillows were hard as we liked but the other one is maybe soon ready for replacement although we were still able to sleep and rest.

Didn't like a bit worn out furniture in the B wing but it is a minor since we anyway did not spend a lot of time in the room.

Varied and very good breakfast, with many options. Nice and comfortable building and flat. You can book a taxi service to and from the airport with them, which is really comfortable. There is also the possibility to book a padel court for 12€ per hour and it has been great since they gave us rackets and ball.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved and when housekeeping sees that the shampoo and soap have run out, they should immediately replace them without guests asking for them.

The staff were lovely and provided us with some food when we arrived late after the evening service had closed. Our room was really nice and comfortable and very spacious. The beds were super comfy and we slept well. The bathroom was really lovely and the place very clean. The breakfast options were really good and varied. The main pool was great and not too cold with a lot of sun loungers available. We had our own towels, but they were available at the hotel for a small deposit. Good location with a supermarket and restaurants very close. Lots of beaches within easy walking distance.

I was travelling with my sister and our room looked over the main pool and entertainment area. Although I believe there was supposed to be a noise curfew this didn't appear to happen a couple of nights as there were still very loud kids outside gone 11pm. The music and entertainment was quite loud. We were told there were 2 x adult pools but each time we went to look there were kids there as well, so we stuck with the main pool (which was nice). The gym - although you needed a key there seemed to always have children in it playing, so not great for working out. These are all small things as we had a great stay and loved the place, but just feedback that could maybe be taken into consideration.

The hotel is close to the water and the beach there was perfect. It was small but there was another side to the bay that had more of a secluded beach. The food was phenomenal for a hotel. So many options for both breakfast and dinner. I loved that drinks were included in the breakfast. The pools were very nice and it was great that there was plenty to do. We were only there two days and we were able to play a bit of paddle and swim. Looks like there’s lots of activities for kids as well.

I would love to not have to put a deposit on beach towels. I absolutely understand why they use this system. I am also disappointed with booking.com. We searched for hotels based off four people (two adults and two kids). We booked our stay based off the results and paid for four guests. However it was not relayed to the hotel that it was 4 guests. This was the second time booking did this to our reservation so I called ahead to the hotel, unfortunately the hotel host didn’t understand what I was checking on and just insisted our room was ready. So when we got there there was confusion and we had to wait on our room to be ready. The hotel did everything they could to remedy the issue.

Despite being a fully booked apartment hotel never felt crowded. Sun beds were available at any point during the day. The apartment itself was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Complex was kept clean to a good standard. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
