Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were nice. The hotel was very quiet with no kids during our stay. We had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Breakfast was included and the room was large. The have a shower in the lobby so we could enjoy the pool after checkout and shower before our flight. Very nice stay.

The wifi was not strong, but we did not need it. The hallway and stairs has old carpet and smells, but really not a deal breaker. For the location and cost, we were impressed with the value of the hotel that included breakfast. One annoying minor inconvenience was that you cannot leave your phones to charge in the room because you need to have a key to activate your outlets and you cannot leave one key in and lock the door at the same time. Really not a big deal, just something we learned.

The varied selection of healthy food on offer for breakfast is great ! We appreciated the spacious minimal interior design of the building and furnishings in communal areas. The outside terrace and garden are smart, quiet, relaxing areas to sit in. The bathroom appliances all worked well, the bed was very comfortable, the lighting was good, and the safety deposit box was easy to use.

We spent 14 days! It was realy nice holiday in Mallorca! If you like sparky village life this is realy good location in Bluewater hotel! Breakfast tasty ! Staff very simpatic, helpfull! We swim in a olimpic swimmingpool every day! Small pool in a hotel for shorter bathing great! Thank you!

If I had to design a hotel, it would be exactly like this one: family atmosphere, super friendly and courteous staff, relaxed atmosphere, good, healthy food and lots of details in the rooms and foyer that definitely elevate the hotel into the four-star category. A big plus is also the possibility to use the 50m swimming pool down the street.

Location excellent, very friendly helpful staff, particularly José 😀. Nice bonus to have pool table, ping pong and table football. Fab hot and powerful shower, comfy beds.

Generally all great! But would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and duvet covers on the duvets.

The staff where really helpful throughout my stay. The food service was fantastic and the range of decent meals ideal after a hard days run, swim or bike

The stairs where a bit grubby but to be expected with people coming in all day long with cycling gear on etc

Very good, staying here meant I could use the Best centre which has a 50m pool. Great if you enjoy Lane swimming. Friendly atmosphere staff very good room cleaned daily. Close to two very nice beaches. Will definitely go back.

Hotel was clean comfortable and food was good for the price more choice for dinner then breakfast but more then exceptable for most people.Good location and friendly staff.

Can get noisy depending on who's staying next to you I was woken up in the early hours few times but this can be the same in any place you stay.

It’s well outdated, needs repair, I wouldn’t recommend spending entire holidays in it, but rather few days max as a stopover location. In the same time - it was the cheapest option at the time and you get what you pay for.
