Aesthetics are on top. Very nice hotel close to a great beach and yet in a quite area. Nice toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion), beach and toilet towels. Great beds.

The place looks clean but by closer inspection there's several dried out mosquitoes smashed to the walls. Curtains need to be wash too. It smelled a little funky in one of the rooms and in the other no light was working.

Location - very close to sea (200m), shop (300m), and town main street(500m). There was very nice clean pool and chilout area, and the possibility to use paddle boards and other swimming equipment for kids from the hotel. Rooms were cool and nice with private balconies - We really enjoyed the stay with the whole family.

Driving out from car park was a bit tricky - it is a narrow drive with high kerbs on both sides, which can cause damage to the car if you do not put much attention.

We spent amazing week at Villa Piccola! Very nice location near the crystal clear beach. Beautiful zone with the pool and flowers. The villa itself is very aesthetically pleasing, design is authentic. I highly recommend to spend summer in this villa! We had amazing time, and so much relaxing, truly felt at home.

Nothing, no flaws

We only stayed one night, came in late and left early next morning for the airport. The apartment was great, the kitchen well equiped. The swiming pool looks bigger on the pictures than in real life. It is located in the hotel area of Colonia Sant Jordi - and close to a beach.

We stayed here in october, and expected to find street parking in the area. Gave up after driving in circles for 40 minutes, so instead of checking in as planned, we drove to the other end of town and found a restaurant and a beach. And stayed there until the sun set, drove back and was lucky to find a parking 100 m from the hotel. I know the hotel have their own parking, but there is only place for 6 cars.

Very friendly staff. Location is amazing - endless walks by the beach or a wooden path by the sea, which leads all the way up to the harbour. Fantastic bakery nearby ‘Pons’, where we ordered an Ensaimada for a birthday, which was delivered by one of the staff. Great value for money and if you have a car a perfect base to explore the island.

Our family had a fantastic stay in Mallorca. The hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Julio especially, as he was kind, helpful, and made our vacation even more memorable. He also helped me relocate a missing item. The rooms were beautiful, and the location was just a short walk from the beach. Truly a great experience—I can’t wait to return!

I adored staying here, from the moment we walked in, the charm, the decor … totally dreamy Loved our apartment, spacious, light, great balconies … and the garden… those sunbeds 😍. Staff were helpful, and so accommodating

The building, the apartment, the bathroom, the bed, the laundry smell, the balconies, the views, the quietness. The coffee, olive oil and the sun umbrellas at our disposal in the apartment. The cats in the area. The staff understanding and kindness.

The pool water was too cold but everything else was just perfect.

Super cozy hotel apartment. It's a nice building from the outside. The location is 2 min by walk from the beach. It's calm and charming. The room is bright and clean. Maybe the appliances are a bit old. In terms of services if no one is here they are responsive to answer in WhatsApp and to find solutions.

Perfectly located and spacious, with friendly and helpful staff. Great base for exploring Es Trenc — they even let us borrow an umbrella, which was a lovely touch!

The bedroom was equipped with only thin curtains, making it difficult to sleep due to the light. It would be beneficial to address this issue.
