The hotel is excellent, great location within Colonia de Sant Jordi. The room was immaculate, and was cleaned every day. The staff are incredible friendly, attentive, and helped with everything we needed. The swimming pool is small but great for a little dip.

We booked as a romantic getaway, but we weren't informed that the hotel was hosting several school parties for the nearby Swim Academy. The first group (Scottish) were incredibly well behaved and quiet, but the second bigger group to arrive from Sweden were extremely noisy, and treated the hotel like their own, even though other paying guests were there too. They were running, slamming doors, shouting, it wasn't acceptable. Either their adult teachers/guides, or the hotel staff should have put an end to this. It felt like a youth hostel, and that wasn't what we were looking for. It disturbed our sleep, made us feel anxious and annoyed, and this is sadly the lasting impression. We'd go back, but something has to be done to reign this in first. We'd give 8/10 on this visit.

The staff on the front desk were very welcoming and helpful. The pool area is pleasant and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. The hotel is well located for the local shops and beaches. The hotel is quite peaceful and relaxing.

The housekeeping staff had their supply room directly opposite our bedroom door so there was some noise in the mornings as they begin their duties - not terrible, but it would make sense to relocate this room away from the guest rooms. Also, better (or extra) pillows for more comfort.

The location is great, it is not on the beach, but very close, supermarket and the bakery are 200m, and the city center with all the cafes and bars is very close. Also, it is convenient for the Best swimming center, it is walking distance!

It is not good isolated, so you can hear noise coming from other rooms, if they are making noise. Otherwise, everything else is nice. It is not the most new hotel, but decent furniture in the room, but it is ok.

Location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were nice. The hotel was very quiet with no kids during our stay. We had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of free parking around the hotel. Breakfast was included and the room was large. The have a shower in the lobby so we could enjoy the pool after checkout and shower before our flight. Very nice stay.

The wifi was not strong, but we did not need it. The hallway and stairs has old carpet and smells, but really not a deal breaker. For the location and cost, we were impressed with the value of the hotel that included breakfast. One annoying minor inconvenience was that you cannot leave your phones to charge in the room because you need to have a key to activate your outlets and you cannot leave one key in and lock the door at the same time. Really not a big deal, just something we learned.

The varied selection of healthy food on offer for breakfast is great ! We appreciated the spacious minimal interior design of the building and furnishings in communal areas. The outside terrace and garden are smart, quiet, relaxing areas to sit in. The bathroom appliances all worked well, the bed was very comfortable, the lighting was good, and the safety deposit box was easy to use.

The value for money is great. The breakfast and dinner was good, lots of selection. They have a cute black stray cat hanging there. They said they are feeding it. That made me very happy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a walking distance to the beach.

The room and especially the old blue sheets on the beds feel outdated.

We spent 14 days! It was realy nice holiday in Mallorca! If you like sparky village life this is realy good location in Bluewater hotel! Breakfast tasty ! Staff very simpatic, helpfull! We swim in a olimpic swimmingpool every day! Small pool in a hotel for shorter bathing great! Thank you!

If I had to design a hotel, it would be exactly like this one: family atmosphere, super friendly and courteous staff, relaxed atmosphere, good, healthy food and lots of details in the rooms and foyer that definitely elevate the hotel into the four-star category. A big plus is also the possibility to use the 50m swimming pool down the street.

Location excellent, very friendly helpful staff, particularly José 😀. Nice bonus to have pool table, ping pong and table football. Fab hot and powerful shower, comfy beds.

Generally all great! But would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and duvet covers on the duvets.
