This hotel has a heart and this is down to the team whose standard of customer service is second to none. I have to give a special mention to Irene and Jordi, 2 exceptional people who made my stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Now let’s move onto the rooms. I have to say the mattresses here are the comfiest I’ve ever slept on and I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels over the years which don’t come close. And the lighting in the bathroom is 5 star. The hotel and pool area are spotlessly clean with a lovely air conditioned gym, with enough equipment for a quick workout if you choose during your stay. If you are looking for a hotel with a relaxed feel and excellent service then this is for you.

We liked the location, helpful staff that went above and beyond, they made us feel welcome, the powerful shower, the large pool, the lovely balinese sun loungers, never having to look for a free sun lounger, the peace and quiet environment, very comfortable beds and having a freshly cleaned room every day.

The pool was a bit too warm and car parking limited so we often had to park in the unlit road behind the hotel which was a bit uneven to walk on in the dark but these were very minor things. Could do with more evening entertainment.

The staff are amazing at this hotel. The receptionists are really friendly and helpful and I loved chatting with them. The balanese beds by the pool are really comfortable and the pool bar is great, bringing drinks and food to you. The beds are really comfortable and the room has all you need, including a mini fridge. There's small parking on site but if you can't get a space, there's a road opposite the hotel that always had space when I needed. I had my birthday during my stay and I received lots of treats from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Went out of their way in everything we requested. Friendly and cheerful staff. The location is quiet compared to other areas of Mallorca which was a bonus for us. The bbq and entertainment was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable week.

No where to hang our wet towels from swimming although they were provided by the hotel

We liked everything! The breakfast was so good, the staff were so friendly and the room was clean and big. I recommend this place and I’d stay there again!

The air was not working but we left the balcony door open and it was sufficient. The parking is not big so you probably will have to park your car on the street but it’s easy to find a spot.

Great hotel, I’d like to say an exceptional thank you to the staff, they have literally all been so lovely, all smiling and in a great mood at all times, it was nice to be in such a positive atmosphere. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, pool area was quiet with plenty of beds available at all times, really nice music. Gym overlooking the pool - loved it. The port view was awesome. The location of the hotel is FANTASTIC. A short walk through marina to the restaurants and beach. The town is so nice, we have driven around and I can certainly say this is my fav spot.

The hotel is excellent, the room is large and comfortable, very clean bed and great pillows, comfortable to sleep even with back problems. The air conditioning works great, I'm more than satisfied, the balcony overlooked the city and had a great view both day and night. The bathroom is small but comfortable with all amenities, there is a hairdryer in the room. Large closet with safe and small refrigerator. From the hotel to the sea it takes about 20 minutes to walk, to the nearest restaurants 10-15 minutes, to the supermarket about 30. On the territory there is a large swimming pool and a lot of space for relaxation. The breakfasts are very good and cater for all tastes, I recommend trying the fruit and omelet they make in front of you. Many thanks to the polite and kind staff, administrators and cleaners.

This is not a minus, just a clarification, the hotel is located on a hill (like many outsiders in this city) so I recommend using your strengths

Great location, Comfy bed and very clean and tidy

It was a little noisy when the cleaners was cleaning other rooms.

Laying higher in the mounting with a nice outside area, clean beautiful rooms, good breakfast included. Good value for the price. Personal of the reception very kind and helpful, as I arrived around 22:30.

Hotel Ankaa has a lovely calming and relaxing atmosphere about it. The pool area is exceptional, with a sandy boardwalk, bali beds and plenty of sun loungers, there was always something available without the 'reserving' with towels. We only stayed b&b, but the food choice was huge, well presented and very fresh.

There's nothing we didn't like.
