The food was amazing, with a lot of different options. And the staff - absolutely incredible, smiling and helping, very good vibe.

The rooms unfortunately smell bad. It is not the case of cleaning, because it’s clean. It’s just old architecture, bad isolation etc. Also very cold to sleep in a house like this in April. It’s rather a camping experience , but the rest of it - AMAZING location, beautiful beach, great food and the best staff ever.

Location is great. Right next to the beach. You can hike nearby. Excellent value for money. Tasty food for dinner and breakfast. Lovely pool area. Friendly staff. Not too busy and no anti social behaviour. Not many English.

Poorly signposted so I wasn't sure I was in the correct hotel. Was fine for a couple of nights but night life was very quiet so better for families or elderly couples.

Nowadays, air conditioning is already standard for heating. The first days it was very bad, even mobile air conditioners would help. The apartments cannot be adequately ventilated. Nets on the windows were missing. The showers after the sea breeze and the pool showers did not work.

Friendly staff, beautiful green park-like location right on the beach. Room was nicely decorated as it was an anniversary celebration. Taxi service to your room. Food was good. Start of a nice hike on the cliffs right next to the restaurant, also kayak rentals and starting point for a boat tour on location. Staff worked really hard to help everybody asap out after everything flooded due to a heavy rainfall.

Rooms were a bit outdated, cleanliness and matresses could have been better. Quite noisy as well to the next door neighbors as there was only a door between us.

The location was fantastic, with the beach on your doorstep. The majority of the staff were friendly and the activities were good. There was always enough variation in the food and drink.

Make sure you take a towel for the beach otherwise you will have to rent or buy one. The reception staff were a bit abrupt, but the entertainment staff were friendly. The double bed was two singles, which parted easily as they were on wheels. The plastic mattress protector was a little uncomfortable.

Staff was amazing: very helpful, nice, welcoming. Restaurant staff was excellent as well. Everything was cooked/served/cleaned exactly as needed. Food was fresh, there always were enough options for me to choose from. The chocolate fondant was delicious, pity it was served only once during my stay. The room was clean and well-conditioned.

Wasps were annoying. The staff was working on it but there were still plenty. The quality of soft drinks is something that could be improved. The rooms that are not equipped with air-conditioners and are located on the way of other guests, could be noisy especially at night.

The location of the hotel is amazing. It is right on the beach at the beautiful Cala Romántica. It is nice that all rooms are in small buildings and it is not just one big building. The hotel area is nice, with a lot of palm trees. There is yoga, aqua fitness etc every day and the staff is very nice. We were also very impressed by the food. The food was always fresh with a very big variety of fresh food, salads, fruits, pastries, fish and meat.

There is no air condition in the rooms and the furniture is outdated.

Location is great, just off the beautiful Cala Romantica, Food is OK for 3 stars, beautifull palm tree surroundings within resort and around pool area, staff is nice.

AC not available in rooms as standard, old and bit smelly equipment in the room, rooms uphill are so far from the beach and from the main building and pool area, resort is huge.
