Fabulous food with amazing chef/s. Incredibly breakfast! Really great staff - so friendly and helpful. Beautiful garden.

I thought it was really strange to have to write out the details of my credit card on the registration form, considering I had booked online. Additionally, I don't think it is appropriate to ask whom you are sharing a room with and what their relationship is to you...very inappropriate for 2025 (I was staying alone, but still, it's not appropriate). At the time of my visit (Feb 2025) there were major roadworks around the entrance to the hotel and the parking was a complete nightmare...because everyone nowadays seems to rent a huge car (like I did foolishly) and they simply don't fit in the narrow streets and entirely fill up the tiny parking space.

This hotel is such a hidden gem - I can’t recommend highly enough. There had been a problem with our room prior to check in so the staff very kindly upgraded us to room 1. The suite was incredible with 2 private balconies. The gardens are what make this such a special place - so many little corners to sit, filtered cold water topped up regularly by staff, towels readily available, books in little reading nooks to dive into. Breakfast was a delight - we sat down on our first morning and were presented with plate after plate of delicious morsels. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. A perfect place to explore Arta - if you can tear yourself away from the hotel!

The hotel itself was very nice. It was cozy and had lots of areas to chill and relax outside. There are 2 pools and a sauna which is nice. Its very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast also was very good. The staffs as well were very friendly and helpful...overall we enjoyed our stay there.

Just a few things which did bother me about the room mostly. I had trouble drying my hair as there are no sockets near the mirror. The shower/toilet area was very small even if the room itself was big. I also did not like the 2 separate duvet covers for us as a couple.

This is truly the most wonderful place! We had a room with access to the lush and very well maintained garden. There are many seating areas on different levels outside so there is always privacy. The room was also lovely and spacious. Food in the restaurant is divine and all of the staff is super sweet! You should book this place especially if you love a laid back kind of luxury.

A fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. It’s both stylish and comfortable with beautiful gardens which include plunge pools and a sauna. The staff are both friendly and attentive. We only had breakfast but the quality was excellent. Our room was one of the smaller ones but was relatively spacious and well equipped. The photos don’t do it justice. If you are heading to the lovely town of Artà I would recommend you stay here.

This hotel was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen or stayed at. It feels like you’re on a movie set. There was actually a tv show filming while we stayed but we weren’t bothered by them at all. The restaurant…omg, the restaurant. Just eat there every night, it’s a culinary dream! The staff was all so helpful and friendly. This place is special. I can’t believe our luck in finding it. We actually canceled previous plans to just relax at the hotel all day a couple of times. Stay here!

There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

The location, the room, and the restaurant were all excellent, in fact the whole place! Completely exceeded our expectations. The endless free supply of water was an amazing bonus. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful 👏

It was all amazing. If I had to give a negative it was that the pools were very small, but it's a boutique hotel with limited guests so this was understandable.

Jardi d‘Artà is a precious jewel tucked away in the best part of Mallorca, don’t miss it. As good and as unique as the boutique hotel was, the food was better (they deserve at least a Michelin mention!), the people made the experience. From Lauries to Rachel to (Ga)Briel, and our favorite Austrian, the master Chef d’Cuisine, they made our stay unforgettable.

The outdoor spaces, pools and little retreats were amazing for kicking back and reading a book! The room was great, really big and AC was a godsend. We stayed here for Honeymoon, the staff left us a welcome bottle of bubbly and were all really friendly throughout our stay. Arta was the perfect base to explore the surrounding towns and coast, and Arta itself was great for evening strolls and meals out. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet trip, away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hot spots.

We got a very good value for our money, probably because of the low season. The hotel was excellent, better than in pictures and the staff was so so lovely, each of them. Breakfast is included and it's very generous. Arta is a lovely city and with a rental car we were able to explore Mallorca.
